Order is always accurate and done on-time. Not much else to it. I would recommend ordering online so you can use the deals they have instead of the menu price when you just call in.

I have not received delivery orders from this location in the part and missing part of my order like a 2 liter but the pen was brought back to me by the delivery driver. So all in all I would recommend the pizza hut on Park lane and the use of the app.

Good pizzas I love calling then pick it up because when I'm there it's ready also chicken wins are good to I recommend trying the half pepperoni and half cheese with cheese on the bread.

The cashier was doing what's she could do in a busy sunday where she was let alone dealing with everything! And when i say everything i meant EVERYTHING! where is the extra people when u need them? And the ranch taste was sour and ugly.. yuck!!

I had a delivery last night from Pizza Hut Park Lane Dallas, TX 75231. The entire order was incorrect. I just called the store to tell the Store Manager and he just told me if I bring the order back then he will give me a refund and if not there's nothing he can do for me. I do have pictures of the incorrect order. I ordered Pepperoni and Italian Sausage and Honey BBQ Wings. I received Pepperoni and Ham and Buffalo Hot Wings. That was at 11:00 pm last night. He wants me to get it out of the TRASH and bring it to him! This is the biggest INSULT I've ever had!

Always skimp on toppings here. I have to buy additional toppings prior to ordering at the store THEN order. Last 3 times I've ordered its the same, hardly any toppings, especially cheese.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I ordered the Pizza Box with BBQ boneless wings, & some of the wings were raw. Yes, RAW!! I bit into one & wondered what was "chewy", & I looked at my boneless wing -- raw. When I called the night of, I was told the manager wasn't there. I called back the following morning, & I was told the manager was out making deliveries. How can you leave your establishment with not one manager on duty in case there's an incident?! He finally calls me back & offered a $10 CREDIT for just the wings. A credit for RAW boneless wings that I bit into. I barely even got an apology! This is a serious health violation. Thankfully, I barely ate anything in the box because the "only way" I apparently could get a refund was to return the box -- which I did because who would even consider eating anything else?! The fact I even had to return the box for someone to believe me is absurd. I know more could've been done, & I will be reporting this because someone else could've consumed raw chicken as well. I'm disgusted, & I will never eat Pizza Hut again.
