I wanted to change the pick up time for an order I placed online, but you can't get ahold of them via phone call. When calling the number the people will say they are a call center. Not ask you any questions and put you in a void of hold music.

Horrible customer service and management. I placed and paid for an order online on 08/19/25 for pickup. When I arrived with my digital receipt and order confirmation the employee told me that there was no order in the system under my name, despite me having proof of payment and order. I’ve contacted customer service multiple times and I still have not been refunded or contacted in regard to this issue. Fraudulent.

Reading all the reviews after placing my order REALLY had me worried. 😂 But the pizza and cheese sticks arrived in around 30 minutes piping hot and with the correct ingredients. No regrets other than eating 80% of the cheesy bread.

Today Pizza Hut made me proud. The young lady was really nice. They appeared to need some help but all in all I was very happy with my pizza. I think the young lady’s name is Kiyah and she was very nice and made my pizza exactly like I asked but y’all do need to hire some people at this location which is on Ferguson and Gus Thomas.

Nothing but incompetent workers. For the ridiculous amount of money Pizza Hut now charges for a pizza, the least the workers could do is make sure it’s actually what the customer ordered. I ordered a custom pizza with BUFFALO sauce and instead got barbecue. We called to complain and showed the receipt. They repeated 3 TIMES that it was supposed to be buffalo and offered to remake it, which we accepted… Only for the second pizza to ALSO be BARBECUE instead of buffalo. Never ordering from this place again. I tried to be patient, but this location has been lacking for a long while.
One of the employees at this location has made my experience ordering from pizza hut a living hell. My order was sent to this store by mistake, when the employees was told this they canceled my order. Now everytime I order from pizzahut my orders are being canceled. No matter what store i order from. This experience has discouraged me from ordering with pizza hut. This has been going on for 3 months now...not to mention my hut rewards are not being distributed to my account. Its even more frustrating that none of the store employees have tried to get this resolved by reaching out to upper management to assist me. To top this off...the freaking website is just terrible. Pizzahut was my favorite over dominoes, but now....where is a Papa Johns?. Pizza Hut, you will lose a loyal customer. 12 years of ordering will die after the conclusion and how they handle this terrible experience.
