Omg!!! Everything was just right the Triple something thingy im sorry. The temperature was perfect the taste of the pizza not over baked just right. Hell if I didn't know any better but, I do I would have thought it came right out of my oven. Everything was done neatly. Sorry no photos I was so hungry 😩 . I had to call the mgr to let them know I appreciate their services.
I will not order from this store again. Employees need to be re-trained. Incompetent and unable to follow instructions

I went there yesterday with my 85 year Paitient. We haven’t been in over a year. As soon as we walked in, we were happy to see Luke. Even though Luke hasn’t seen us in a year, he still remembered what we always ordered. Thank you Luke, that meant so much to my paitient!’ He talked about it all day of how you remembered what he liked.

I travel extensively for work and order Pizza Hut often. This store is my home store and it is by FAR, the best. it was always one of the best, but in the last few years since Luke took over as the manager, it this store reigns Supreme. Consistently orders are exactly as desired (respecting the extra instructions) and timely.

When I went to pick up my order, the door was not opened even though there were employees inside and my order was ready, so I left without picking it up.
They completely just did what the wanted with my pizza, and would actually serve a person a pizza they wouldn't eat themselves... POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! The Tavern pizza is supposed to be cut in squares, and I guess because they made a mistake or don't follow instructions clear they gave the cold pizza they knew they messed up and cut both ways like Eddie scissors had the job😭😭

Follows instructions to a tee, nice, hot, well done. Excellent thus far.
Edited: Finally went to do Carry out with an app does not work by the way and what an abysmal experience. Made the order by 5:11PM and was slated to be ready by 5:26PM. My order was fairly small, and I didn't get my order until 6PM and then when I did get the order I still had a missing item for this. This was not helped by the supposed manager on duty who had an attitude from the moment of arrival until I spoke about the missing item and to void the item entirely to avoid waiting an additional 30 mins for a personal pan pizza. He just threw the reicept (which was apparently the voided one but couldn't tell because he could not bother to talk to me) but all in all, probably won't order from this specific store again.
Management if you want to work in customer service than actually act like you want to be there and sevice the customer, and not make them wait an hour and then you (not the customer) has the attitude instead while patiently waiting for services being rendered.

Since moving to this area, I've ordered from this location on multiple occasions. I must say that this is truly one of the better Pizza Hut locations. The pizza is always fresh and tasty. We usually have the problem with too much sauce or the pie is only half topped; meaning they skimp on the toppings. This hasn't been a problem with them, there's always enough toppings. I absolutely love supporting businesses that actually favor great products and great customer service. This is a dying breed but I'm so glad that this Pizza Hut location is bringing it back, one order at a time. Thanks to all of the employees who work here to make our orders the best!!
