Hello, good afternoon. On Sunday, October 12, I placed a pizza order and it never arrived. I spoke to them and they never returned my money. An hour later, I ordered another pizza and they canceled the order. As of Tuesday, I have not received my two refunds in my account, nor have they sent me the pizzas. They have not returned my money. I spoke to them and they just tell me to wait. They have terrible service.

I’ve been ordering pizza for quite a while from here. Today we got one that was cold, burnt, and definitely not up to standard. When I called the store, they refused to replace it. I even sent him pictures of the pizza and because it had been two hours ago(I ordered this to be delivered to my mother while I was at work) They stated they would not replace. Horrible customer service

I spent $40 here and even left a tip for the delivery driver yall why they brought me everything cold and I mean cold I tried calling….. and of course NO ANSWER they didn’t even wanna give me my money back had to reheat up my whole order my self and than had the nerve to say they was having problems with the hotbox well why not tell people that ahead of time ?? Instead of taking my money and giving it me cold ass food !!

Never again pizza has no sauce they charge $2.00 to shake some Parmesan out of a shaker I ordered Italian sausage we counted ten sausages on a medium and nine on the other medium and the pizza tasted horrible..and the man on the register has a smart ass Mouth..

I have no complaints about the Pizza Hut on Camp Wisdom. Pizzas Hut staff are always polite and curtieous. My order is hot and ready on time. I wish the thin crust was a little crisper but otherwise very satisfied.
