The driver stole my order for a 2nd time and the store was no help just kept hanging up and placing on hold. Never got my refund or a replacement order.

This is the worst place I’ve ever been. They scammed me out of my pizza and money. I ordered a supreme with everything and all they gave me was a pepperoni with onions and said they were out of all other ingredients and would not refund my money.

First off I never got my food then the try to find out then ask me to reorder and pay over the phone why would I pay over the phone when I didn't get the first order smh terrible service will never order from this one again I will order some where else and go get it then order from

On 1/21/24 at 603pm I placed an order online. Their Apple Pay never works on their website. They didn’t start making my pizza until 640pm. At 7pm I received a text update that it was out for delivery. I didn’t receive my actual pizza until 742pm. The pizza was delivered cold!! The driver told me he had 3 stops before me and was the only driver for the night. I called this store over 5 times and no one ever answered. I will NEVER order from Pizza Hut EVER again and will NEVER recommend them to anyone. What a disappointment. Terrible business practices.
I ordered boneless honey bbq wings and got plain breaded chicken with a squirt of sauce my pizza was just about cold when they arrived had to rewarm it up when I'm literally not even 10 minutes from the pizza hut the driver says he couldn't find me but I was standing at my door from the time it said it would be delivered until 15plus minutes after the arrival time..
I got the worst food poisoning of my life off of two slices pizzas. If you can avoid eating at this place Do so seriously just go to another place
