Gross, burned pizza. I ordered LIGHTLY BAKED, DO NOT OVERCOOK & my pizza was still delivered burned. I called to get a refund or replacement and it takes being on hold for 15 minutes, to then being hung up on. Absolutely the worst service, terrible food & a waste of money.

Oooff.. what happened to this place?? — Poor customer service. If THEY mess up your order don’t expect a refund or a replacement as they see at as your problem as soon as they take your money & you step outside their door. If you call & Maria answers I recommend asking for someone else. Coming from a few experiences with her messing up my order & not bothering to replace it. Support a local pizza spot or find a new one, avoid this one. This place needs more attentiveness.

The girl who answered the phone was short and rude and would talk over me. I don’t leave negative reviews, but I was a little upset as the food here isn’t that cheap. Maybe she was having a bad day? I don’t know.

I ordered online through the app . I ordered this side of fries that I didn’t check until I was home . I open the container and this is what’s in the container. I paid 3.99 for this !!

The kitchen does not pay attention to details. Whenever you select “extra sauce” for the pizza they interpret it as “no sauce”. So you’re literally delivered a dry pizza that you can’t eat. $23 bucks wasted. Also, I selected pan crust and the crust was almost as flat as thin chat. It’s awful. You call the business. They won’t answer. You call 3-4 more times and then you’re placed on a hold. Customer service has gone down the drain. Nobody cares they just want your money. I’ll just find a new neighborhood pizza joint that cares about quality instead of scamming you for your money.

The food is very good hot, once it cools it is not good and the attention of the cashier at night is very bad, everyone's attention is very bad, they should be nicer to customers!

Ordering through Pizza Hut is useless, just order through Uber or door dash. At least when those guys are late there is a refund or something. There is no benefit to ordering directly from Pizza Hut. My order is half an hour late! And Pizza Hut takes zero responsibility for it. Unacceptable customer service. No offer to make it right what so ever. Won't be ordering again due to lack of taking care of the customer for a delivery that is 30 mins late. I remember when an order wasn't delivered on time that the order was free. I get that we don't live in those days no more but being 30 minutes late with no consequences is not acceptable for the amount of money you charge!

I had a disappointing experience with Pizza Hut delivery at 14760 Preston Rd, Dallas, TX 75254. The delivery driver, Patricia Rivera, called me from her personal cell for my address, which should have been provided by the store. She also told me that she could not view the “delivery instructions” that I made. When I asked her to call from the Pizza Hut phone, she became upset, insisting she was “just doing her job.” Despite me apologizing for any miscommunication, she repeatedly emphasized she was “just trying to do her job” and she hung up abruptly as I was speaking. As a single woman, I prioritize safety and would appreciate clearer, safer, respectful communication from delivery drivers. After speaking with the manager Maria, she was very kind & cancelled my order for me. For future reference, calling from the restaurant’s phone ensures clarity and safety for both parties. I will not use this Pizza Hut location in the future but thank you Maria for your kindness and understanding.
