I placed an order a few days ago and my food was cold after waiting for over an hour. They sent our new order FRESH AND HOT just the way we wanted it BUT it had one their EMPLOYEES HAIR IN IT. I called to report the issue as well as a picture and Jesus implied that I PLACED THE HAIR THERE. He even told me the only way he could refund it is if he got the pizza back. I then offered him to come get this hairy pizza. He even asked me if this picture was from my original cold order....read full review
