Pizza Hut

Okay, so I’m pregnant and it’s been so hard to eat anything. I’ve been crazing pizza so I came to Pizza Hut, I was super excited and thrilled to get some food in me. When I opened the box I was so sad because there’s barely any jalapeños and a decent amount of pepperonis. Not the worst, just not the best :(

Worst Pizza Hut I have ever ordered from.

How many times does a customer have to stand in front of the employee and tell them your order. I ask for pepperoni, bacon and pineapple. They substituted onions for the pineapple.
Clearly we have a language problem here.

They forget the sauces every single time, its frustrating when its for wings or dessert that requires it. Yesterday our order was missing items, ober 20 mins late and the time before that, we were missing items and one of the pizzas was a cheese pizza and we ordered both pepperoni. The driver seemed inconvenienced that he had to deliver pizzas. Definitely better locations out there.

Quick and welcoming service every time!

First time we've ordered pizza at this location and it was not very good. We will not order from here again but rather fo back to our other location on Preston.

Horrible experience got the wrong pizza delivered called on the 9th lady said would give credit for new pizza but called yesterday to get the replacement and said they had no record since September the lady was rude and didn't honor it because the lady wasn't there and said won't give you stuff for free! Even though it wasn't because it's my replacement for the screw up very upset

Ordered two 1 topping pizzas and both came wrong. Amazing…
That’s why y'all work at Pizza Hut.
Maxed out potential no doubt.
Had to come back and edit it after I opened the drinks, drinks are wrong too haha! I don’t know why I’m surprised. Please don’t try to go farther in life than this. Maybe try little Ceaser’s though. Less ingredients and selection for y’all to have to remember.

My family and I have visited this location several times, and our orders have been consistently incorrect. While we understand that mistakes happen, the customer service when addressing these issues has been consistently poor. We've been promised a credit that never materializes, and when we try to speak with a manager, they refuse to come to the phone. Today, we were put on hold for 30 minutes and our calls were intentionally screened. The management and staff's customer service is simply unacceptable. It's unfortunate because this location is convenient for us, and we would like to be regular customers, but that won’t be happening moving forward.

The manager at this place sucks the customer service at this place sucks This location turned me off on Pizza Hut for now on. It will be Papa John for me and my family.

I used Apple Pay and they printed a slip and wanted me to sign the credit card slip. I informed her that I don’t need to sign for Apple Pay. She proceeded to sign the slip and I asked for the manager and she said she was the manager.
She didn’t even open the boxes to make sure the order was correct. Poor customer service!
