We got OLD pizza. There is absolutely no way any of it was fresh and it looked well past the optimal time of sitting there to be sold, almost 40 bucks for old food. Very disappointing

Luis, manager and Jose, today, though there are many other top notch staff members, are the very best PH has to offer. My orders are always on time, usually less then 15 minutes, and that has been Super Supreme Pan crust. My orders are hot, fresh, way more toppings generous than other chains, and so well received, by the most professional staff, I’ve come across! This location is my favorite since I lived in LA. Push up Luis, Jose and 6039 Forest Pizza Hut and thank you

Order completely wrong -got thin cheese pizza, order pepperoni, a pan pepperoni jalepeno ordered thin pepperoni, ordered 2 mt dews, 2 dr peppers, got all mt dews. Husband called mangers and ended up in a yelling match with him after manager said he’d correct order and then wanted to charge us for it. Said I ordered wrong pizzas.was supposedly refunding pizzas and sending driver to pick up,

This store is literally a block from me. I guess they use doordash now to deliver the food sometimes. I ordered 2 mediums and tipped 35% just for me to walk around the whole apartment complex because the doordash driver would not answer her phone for me to guide her. Then when you call to report they don't give a damn they'll make up a lie to get you off the phone. If I wanted to doordash my food I would have went through doordash not you guys website.
Manager being unprofessional waited 45mins had to call back to tell me that somebody stole my food ? from Uber's eat l order $50 of food l got a refund and he only said he can only credit $10 wasted my 1 hour break??never calling or coming here

The service here is horrible . My food was burnt on the 9th . It already took an hour to get my food . I called and the “manager “ supposedly put a credit on my account because it was too late to get more wing’s delivered: . I called today to order my wings and I was treated like an idiot with no money . I only eat Pizza Hut wings and I’ve spent a good amount . I will no longer be eating at this location. Customer service and management is terrible

Called them before arriving but never picked up the phone. Got here and Being waiting for a more than 5 mnts and I can hear them on the back talking but they just don’t care to come to the front and take orders. After calling them someone (he said he’s the manager) showed up and very rudely ask what do you need. I just looked at him, turned around and left. Never coming back ?

Ordered 2 pizzas tonight for delivery. My order was correct, delicious, and delivered by Adolfo. We will be ordering again and if we're lucky, Adolfo will be our delivery driver.
