ordered that triple treat box with 2 pepperoni pizzas and got 2 cheese pizzas with no marinara sauce. so all I got was cheese bread..just got off work to so that really killed my mood. clean restaurant I guess but yall mess the food up too often

The worst customer service ever, I don’t know the name of the guy who took my order but he was so disrespectful. As soon as I came in he greeted everyone with a disrespectful saying in Spanish, he asked me my named and literally said something disrespectful in Spanish as well. The pizza was fine but if the employees talk to a customer like that I am never coming here! He was tall, dark skin and hispanic.

Terrible service. Was blamed for my delivery not making it. They sent me a driver that did not know how to speak english WHATSOEVER.
Food was cold when it got delivered. No utensils in the bag to eat the chicken wings with. The brownie was like it never got cooked at all. Called the store to talk with someone about it and no one was willing to help resolve the problem at all. The delivery time was ridiculously long and the delivery driver was unapologetic when he showed up.
So I ordered from the wrong one but in my defense i asked the guy 4 times if he was at forest and marsh and all he could say was yes - Forrest. So all good but the actual Forest and Marsh was super friendly. Got me the other pizza huts phone number and offered me just do my pizza there.
Well I called the other place and they were again rude and not really listening. I tried to tell the guy I had an order already in but all he wanted to tell me was that they were closed.
So I went back in and told the man I was ordering there and He had already gotten started on it. Super nice and made my pies just as requested.
Now than I did not eat there as no place to eat but the store needs a solid deep clean all over. I know y’all been there forever but it is major Time to pull all stuff out and clean everything! ESPECIALLY up front as that is where your customers are judging you for anyways. Just my two cents!

The lady who took my order must've been new because she acted like she didn't understand anything I was saying. She had to get help, and the person who helped her was rude. She took my order and was slow about it. I had to keep repeating until the guy walked up and started moving faster to where than where she was at in taking my order he had moved along and was on something else in my order. I had to catch up to him instead of talking slowly to her. Very rude customer service.
