Best Pizza Hut from here to Houston. Pizza is always hot. They dont skimp on the toppings and the Pan Pizza crust is always crispy.Last time I ordered they ran out of Large Pan Pizza... they called me and fixed it with two medium pan pizzas.
My family loves Pizza Hut! I'm been attending since the 90's :) haha!

I am disgusted by Pizza Hut's treatment of me today. My children have worked hard on their summer reading and I redeemed their Book It through online ordering. When I went to pick up the pizzas, the manager told me he needed the physical coupons. I cannot print the coupon from my phone inside the Pizza Hut restaurant! I have done BookIt with various of my 8 children for over 10 years now and have never once been asked for a physical coupon. They merely email you the code to order online! I pulled up the coupon(s) on my phone, he took a picture of it to text the BookIt manager on the phone, who he called to make sure I was not gaming the system, or something? He said he would rather throw away the already cooked pizza than honor my coupons. He did not believe me when I said I had 8 kids. He did not believe me they were waiting in the car, hot and sweaty. Only after one of my children came into the store complaining of waiting hot in the car did he relent. Horrible.
