I had a recent order be delivered with wrong or missing items and a messed up pizza. After dealing with the chat bot I called the store and the manager on duty instantly took care of the issue and went out of his way to not only resolve but displayed amazing customer service and care with how he dealt with me. Extremely disappointing experience that made my business look bad. I placed a $202 order (14 pizzas) from the Ross Ave Pizza Hut in Dallas on July 13 to feed first responders during a training event. The order was confirmed and assigned to DoorDash — but the food never arrived. No one contacted me, and we waited over an hour.
When I called the store, the staff said a DoorDash driver may have canceled it but weren’t sure. I had to call DoorDash myself the next day to learn it was indeed canceled. Then I called Pizza Hut customer service — the rep sounded irritated to take my call. She said the card would be refunded in 3 business days, then suddenly started saying “Hello?” repeatedly and hung up like she pretended not to hear me.
No communication about the cancellation, no urgency, and terrible customer service. The firefighters never got their promised lunch, and my business looked unreliable because of Pizza Hut’s failures. Absolutely unacceptable.

I leave reviews primarily from the perspective of a delivery driver for Uber eats. I came in and was told they were waiting on the wings just to see him literally drop the wings after the whole order was done sitting in the warmer mind you they weren't busy. It's irritating waiting on food when you see them laughing and joking about what's on thier phone. I'm definitely one for chill times at work but let's get the actual work done first 🙏

This Pizza Hut location is my favorite. The customer service is exceptional and my pizza’s are always made correctly. I’ve been going to this location for over a year and at least twice a month. I’ve never had any issues. There are other pizza hits near me but I’ve stuck with this location bc the staff makes you feel like family….super rare in customer service these days. 10’s across the board!
The white haired gentleman that works there has come across as very snarky and condescending when he has spoken to me on multiple occasions prompting this review. I stopped eating here for weeks over it but I gave your location another shot tonight and I was reminded why I stopped going there. Your customer service skills are lacking and I feel you are being represented poorly by this person. Pretty sure his name is Chris and he should be kinder to his customers because you never know what someone is going through.

Corbin is why I’m making this review. He was actually remembering the names of people who were waiting and giving the orders as soon as they came out of the oven. I found that incredibly impressive because I feel like nobody does that anymore — they’re always assuming someone else is handling it. To the average person it might not have looked like he was hard at work, but he really was. He had the wings going, addressed every customer and had orders coming out hot and fresh. That’s how it’s done.
