Location on Ross is horrible when it comes to late night orders. I placed my order by11pm, they didn’t bother to start it till 11:40 after continuously calling the store and asking them what’s the hold up. Then the dasher relayed to me how rude the store was when she asked how much longer on order. She was there for 30 minutes. Online it stated delivery by 11:24/11:34 pm I received it at 12:30.

I ordered from her and I told them that my melts was burned they asked me to send a picture and then they didn't return of my phone call or anything like that was going to send something else out I've been ordering her for hear from years and my s*** has never been that burned and it was hard but I have not received a phone call back here and they wanted my number that I use at the time and for them not to resend my order and there was a professional and if they don't know that they using doordash let people know that they have a code to give these people

I was given SPOIL BEEF 🤮 on my pizza I bought for my kids . They have been sick for 24hrs after just taking 2 bites of pizza. I tasted it to see what they were saying and it was horrible .
I called the store immediately!
To anyone that has a temper problem while serving food shouldn’t be allowed to do so! The manager Chris is very sassy and rude when speaking with customers about how poor the food preparation is this location.
I believe he did it deliberately keeps record of who gets on to him about his rudeness.
He asked me if I wanted a credit and i laughed , I will not be ordering ever again .
I pray my kids get better and people watch who’s making your food .

Great experience.
. My first time going there was extremely disappointing but Pizza Hut called me and I decided to give them another try since I never got to call back and lost the vm when I switched companies.
I am impressed with the turn around and I've always I LOVED Pizza Hut and I'm so happy that ALL of my experiences since the first time have been a positive experience. The staff I've encountered are always great, the resturants clean and my food is always hot.

Very unprofessional and showed no empathy after the door dasher couldn’t find my house. I ordered through Pizza Hut.com. Christopher was the one that took over the call, I was very respectful as I work the cash register as well and he told me well basically he has other things to handle and it’s none of his concern with door dash! I could not believe it at all. I visit here frequently and this was the first! All I wanted was a hot and fresh pizza after a hard days work. couldn’t believe his attitude.

Everytime I eat Pizza Hut it taste good but I always have diarrhea and and upset stomach from them. Idk what ingredients are being used but it literally only happens everytime I eat Pizza Hut :( it’s unfortunate cuz the pizza is good but beware of having stomach pains the following dayb
