The staff was humble and friendly. They all had great smile and greeted me once I walked in and gave me a pizza bag. I needed one doordashing my seats heat up, but a pizza bag was on point. Thanks, pizza hut.

They delivered someone else’s order to me and it was something I’m allergic to, called the store and was informed by manager Chris he would remake order and resend with different driver. An hour later no one else came so I called the store back and spoke with Chris again who stated there was nothing he could do except refund me or remake the order but I’d have to come and pick it up after I had already paid $5 for delivery. Left me starving @11 o’clock when my original order was placed @9:40Pm.

They steal your money at this location ! We order 2 pizzas and they charged us almost 100$ we came back to reimburse the order and they treated us really bad clamming they dint understand out language

After waiting for over 30 minutes outside; I was handed a wrong order, an opened box which’s not only unprofessional but a disgusting way to serve customers especially when it comes to food!To conclude, I called the restaurant twice, and the manager Chris lied to me about correcting my order, reimbursing me, and refund me, I received non of those false promises. Overall, it’s a terrible experience and a horrible management skills ( Chris ).

Ordered a pizza a little before 11pm they close at 12 never received it but my card was charged for almost $30. I called multiple times and they NEVER answered the phone. Called customer service they said someone would call in 72hrs meaning they can’t refund me immediately and never got my pizza or a refund is the most disappointing Pizza Hut I’ve ordered at, never had something like that happen. What I was afraid of is that the employee took all my card information, if things like this are going to happen they shouldn’t take late orders, ridiculous and disappointing service. Hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else!

This is my favorite Pizza Hut but let me be real, it’s one guy that makes the pizza Chefs kiss Everytime. The other cook never makes the pizza taste good. All I taste is bread and sauce and I hate it. I need to findd out when he’s not working ?… besides that this is my favorite spot. They all are cool too!
Ordered pizza for delivery… my time kept going up.. realized Pizza Hut partners with DoorDash and DoorDash wouldn’t pick up my order because I didn’t tip on the Pizza Hut app.. I was tipping cash thinking it would be a Pizza Hut driver… I called to see if I could just pick up because it was going to be awhile.. I came in and they added a Cinnabon dessert on the house.. when I didn’t even mind coming since it was a short drive… have always loved the food.. and will continue to come here! Just be sure to pick up order.. as they sadly have no drivers.. they are hiring btw!!

Food was ok, what more can you expect, was very disappointing when I was told they only sold parmesan cheese in a jar for $10, they no longer give packets with your pizza order

This Pizza Hut does not disappoint like the one near my house. You call this store and are able to speak to someone and they have their own drivers. The food is always great and service is friendly. I will come here instead of ordering from my local hut. Whoever is running this location is doing a great job compared to other stores. I needed help making a change to a mobile app order I had made and the worker that answered the phone quickly helped me resolve my issue. Thank you so much. Keep up the good work!
