Horrible service, ordered a pizza last night and it took over an hour and a half. Then when i called the restaurants number TWICE, they answered and i said two words both times and they hung up on me. SO RUDE, will never order from there again. Pizza was cold by the time we got it.
I am extremely unhappy with the customer service at store #036009. I was staying at the Hilton at Lincoln Centre for a conference with my family on Saturday June 1st. It was 7:20pm when we decided to order pizza so I called to order and spoke with an individual who was very hard to understand (which later I found out was the hotline). Poor experience. Ordered a pizza for delivery at 11:10 PM. It is currently 12:35 AM and I have not received my order. There has been no contact from the store, and when I call the store, no one answers. This Pizza Hut location specifically has always been terrible. Dont order here. If you're in the area of this store, dont bother.
