I came try to place an order Saturday and didn’t expect to walk into what I walked into the lobby was busy and it looked like they were backed up on orders. However the young lady that was at the front I felt bad for her I’m assuming the young guy was her manager the way he talked to her then joked with the coworkers about it was wrong I couldn’t even place my order cause I can tell she was upset but the young man it was just crazy the things I was hearing. When the young lady went outside you can tell she was disturbed but she was trying to keep her control but then they same guy went outside and begin to scream in her face drawing myself and other customers outside to see what was going on however this is not the first time I been at this location and the young man is very rude and doesn’t know how to talk to his workers as well as the guest. If this is his store ass he claim hope the store can come to a resolution with how he conduct and talk to people it is out of control but overall the young lady did come back in and proceed to clear the lobby out with the orders. She is very kind and sweet I can tell she don’t play but her energy was unmatched and I love when she working I just hope she smile more Just disappointed I came in this past weekend and witness what I witnessed with my wife. But thanks for y’all service the young lady even remade my pizza thay was burnt. I’m not saying you guys lost a customer just my experience wasn’t the same

This place sucks service is terrible i went this pass Sunday and I order the personal pan my hut box I get to restaurant mind you I walked cause I live in the area across the street and when I got there was some greasy looking person with no gloves no hair net was touching there hair pulling it out the way they looked at me and kept cooking my order was sitting in the hot box ready already. No one was at the counter to greet me to take my money for the order I stood there 10min the person at back just stared at me and kept cooking so I left .and when I got home I called them to cancel the order and the same girl that took the order answer the phone and said she was there but was at the back cooking and that she wish I would have said something how was I supposed to say anything when you didn't even come to the front and if you know you are the only one in the store it's your responsibility to keep an eye out in the front .so she then proceed to cancel the order but with an attitude then hung up in my face. I just moved to this area a week ago and It's my fault cause the reviews were horrible and I should have listened to the review before I ordered. I don't care if I want pizzahut I'll travel elsewhere i will never eat here or recommend anyone at this location if I could give it a zero I would....

What kind of manager/supervisor would leave an employee to run a store and they don’t know how to check anyone out. Wasted my entire lunch for nothing. Very, very unprofessional. You should be fired immediately if you’re a store manager and not the owner who did that today. Six of us waiting.

I tried placing a delivery order using my previous credit, but the person I spoke to CAMERON, rudely explained that deliveries couldn’t be made for less than $22. When I asked if the $22 was before or after applying my credit, CAMERON snapped at me, saying, “Look, I just told you, if you want to come pick it up, I don’t have time for this!” Then he hung up on me.

Angry, I called back twice, and both times, he picked up and immediately hung up again. His tone was completely unacceptable, and while I won’t repeat the inappropriate language he used, his attitude was rude, dismissive, and out of control. I’ve been coming to this location for four years, and the staff, especially the ladies, have always been friendly and professional.

This man’s behavior was shocking. After speaking to a polite young lady who I’ve dealt with before, I told her I was afraid to place my order because I didn’t trust him with my food. I will never return to this location, and they can keep the credit from my previous order. His attitude was disgraceful, and no customer should ever be treated this way.

Thanks CAMERON for making me into a non customer for your location!

Waited over 2 hours for delivery which 45 mibs of that was spent outside waiting... was missing items, and the pizza wasn't what I ordered at all. Worst experience ever and still waiting on refund that I still haven't received

My food order was wrong when arrived, I called about it the manager said it would be recent I waited two hours just for driver to say he couldn’t reach me after I had already paid first driver with cash, all I was missing was a soda, if I wanted to pick up from location I would done that from the start big waste of money and time, however manager stayed professional even through out my frustration.

The website and the app are stupid. I just spent an hour trying to order pizza. Pizza. Which will take another hour to get made and delivered. Thanks guys.. For the record, this has nothing to do with the food itself.

Edit: y'all lost a star, man. One pizza was entirely messed up. The customer service rep hung up on me, so to speak- web chat thing. So my advice is to just stick with the local shops..

The service here sucks. I ordered a pizza for $40 through the app. The store had it delivered through Door Dash. The driver texted me it was left on a shelf in the lobby. I did not order to go down to the lobby and get it and bring it back. I’m on the 27th floor. By the time I got dressed enough to go down to the lobby and back to my room the pizza was cold and stuck to the box. When I callled the store they said I could bring it there for a replacement. I told the person on the phone I flew in and didn’t have a car. The only thing they would do is give me a $15 credit because they didn’t deliver. They told me to call Door Dash. Door Dash wouldn’t do anything because it wasn’t ordered through them. So the dasher made a nice tip because I tip well. Pizza Hut made their money and all I received was a cold pizza stuck to the box.

I walked into the store to order order a personal pan pizza meat lovers with jalapeños and Asada ranch. It’s the same order I get every single time at this Pizza Hut and there’s a history. When the order is ready I picked it up but there was no jalapeños on it and the store manager told me that I didn’t request jalapeños. I explained to him that I did and there is a history of my order and it never changes. He said that he couldn’t give me a side of raw jalapeños to put on it which I have had other stores do but he had to re-ring the entire order up and he made me wait another 15 minutes. That is a total of 30 minutes for a personal pizza which is ridiculous. I asked for the owners name and he became sarcastic. I asked him for the managers information he said he was the manager. There is no way in heaven I would ever let a like that run my store. He actually wrote on the receipt I didn’t order jalapeños and that I claimed that I had and at that time we began to have a verbal argument and which I told him to please enjoy his lifelong career at Pizza Hut because he has not fit to do anything else. what a joke of a manager and what a joke of a store. I hope that the owner sees this and I hope that the corporate office sees this there is no way this Pizza Hut should even be in business and have someone like that running the store.

He even followed me out to the car at his giving me the middle finger and dancing. All of this and broad daylight in front of other customers.
