Some employees should be fired. Ordered twice and when I picked up cashier had no order and couldn’t understand what I wanted. Employee must have been on something since they didn’t understand my order. Waste of time for myself and family. Will never use location again.

Save yourself the stress and hassle and NEVER order from here unless you want your money stolen. Ordered food, gave a 20% tip, waited 96 minutes, and they marked it as dropped off, which it wasn't. Called several times, was transferred to their call center, who transfers you to the store and no one ever answered.

The service from this location was horrible,my order was wrong. I asked for hand tossed pizza I received thin crust. I don’t like thin crust pizza. Received 2 different times that the order was on the way. Food was cold and the driver couldn’t speak English gave my food to someone else. It was just horrible experience I spent over $30 for a meal I didn’t get to enjoy. This has happened far too many times with you all. I’m just going to part ways and I have been a patron for well over 8 years at this location.

Horrible customer service!! I've order from this location twice. Both times have chose contactless curbside service and both times I followed the instructions in the email to let them know when I had arrived and both times after waiting 10 minutes I had to call to let them know I was there. All I got were excuses about being short staffed or they were very tired from working multiple shifts in a row. Avoid this place if you expect customer service!

Horrible!!! I ordered a pizza on line from this place and after 2 hours I called the store and the girl was so very rude saying "I can't contact your driver, I don't know where your pizza is, it left here already". Then she hung up on me. I called anoterh hour later and got the Manager, Devin, on the phone and he said he was too busy to talk to me , he had 4 people standing in his store. They charged my credit card and I never got my pizza.

Ordered food, paid with debit card, then never received food. Called the 1 800 number and after 10 working days still have not received my refund and when I try to talk to a superviser or manager they tell me that none is available. I would not recommed this place to my worst enemy. I cant give them less than 1 star or I would.

Waited around while the front register guy was on his phone for a few minutes. When he took my order he just stared at you and was incredibly unfriendly or customer service oriented. No one seems to be in charge which expla why service moves at a glacial pace. I'm sure not all the employees are like this but what a disappointment and time-suck to boot!
