Placed an order an hour and a half before closing time and never received our order nor a notification letting us know that they cancelled our order and refunded our money back. We appreciated the refund but for us not to have gotten any kind of update, response, notification that our order was cancelled was ridiculous. We were given a confirmation number and even an estimated time of 25–30 min of delivery time. Why give that time and confirmation if you never intended on completing...read full review
Ordered two pizza dippers for 12.99
They didn’t call me to tell me they were out of boxes so THEY decided that they were going to make me 4 medium pepperoni pizzas with NO sauce . And still charge me $28 . I didn’t get my food till after I paid and when I received my food they did not want to give me my money back or remake it to at least put sauce because there was no manager or large , xl, or medium boxes ???
