Connie the owner is a gem. She and staff are friendly, helpful, and patient. They obviously take pride in their work, offering fresh food in a clean and welcoming environment. All you can eat salad bar and fresh pizza for an impressively reasonable price. If I lived in the area, I’d be a regular.

Came and got pizza at 8:45 pm 12/16/24 at first the location looked closed the open sign was not on and it looked like the lights were off so I called the location pressing that they should be open and they finally let me in. The lady told me they pizza was better than mesquite also that mesquite pizza inn is dry but when I got my pizza from live oak it was dry no sauce after I specifically asked for sauce . I’m a pizza inn lover . I usually go in the mesquite location which I love so I cane to this location expecting it to be like the mesquite location but I was totally let down.

There thin crust pizza is the best and has been for the 30 Plus years that I can remember since my childhood ! This is one of the few remaining places that hasn't changed or compromised their quality for profit. For that I'll always be a frequent customer.

This restaurant was amazing!! The customer service by my waitress Shannon was unforgettable. The other employees were so nice and prompt with orders and request. And the food was delicious. I definitely will return again.

This was a good ol Pizza Inn experience. Pizza was fresh and made to order and delicious! We love the pizza inn crust and the sauce. There’s something different about it that we crave every so often and had to make a pit stop while visiting in dallas.
I can see why people are not comfortable coming here older employee lady was rude, and had a terrible attitude with me and another customer…. There oven was down, and when a group asked to make specialty pizzas rude employee lady said not everyone likes taco pizzas that’s why we’re not going to honor your request..The rude Lady kicked us off a table cuz she just couldn't stand us sitting on a combined table, and was so rude about the situation there wasn’t even a lot of people there to begin with..Her negative attitude just made the weak a!! Food taste worse… I was going to walk out, and spend my money elsewhere but my buddy was too embarrassed to walk out that was the only reason I spent my money on that weak managed pizza inn ….Sorry to say all this but the pizza inn Duncanville and midlothian are why better management they don’t talk down to the customers they appreciate the business….

Been awhile since I've been here as gone down hill. The pizza is over cooked and taste like it's been sitting out all night. They don't keep enough pizza on the buffet. Big disappointment.
