If I could give them a zero I would…. Me and my family always get pizza from here and today was just not acceptable. I was chewing on the pizza and I felt something weird I decided to spit it out and to my surprise a STAPLE was inside my slice of pizza!!! My aunt went to the store to let them know the situation that just happened and all the manger said “ “I made that pizza myself” “. But when my aunt first went to purchase the pizza, the manger wasn’t making pizzas at all !!Seeing that they weren’t considerate with the situation, I brought it up here to let other consumers to be carful while eating their pizza!!

Worst service. I waited in line for like 20 minutes it was crowded, I place my order then he tells me to come back in line in 20 minutes. I waited 20 minutes in my car then got out to get my food I’m not about to get back in line. It’s crowded… I probably would have been waiting in line over 40 minutes….

I remember when they were originally "LA Pizza loca" they had really good pizza! I see nothing changed ?

I shouldn't give them even one star, I called and they left me on hold. I arrived at the store and they were putting together boxes and another one taking out a jar of mayonnaise. They should look for staff who, if they want to work or do their job well, I just bought this pizza. A hair came out of my beard or I know where from ? it's disgusting, they should be more careful and if they walk with that goatee beard, wear a face mask so that those hairs don't fall into the food, be more careful.....

I placed order for lg chz patron cut. I specifically requested long slices and NOT squares. I get home and they are square cut. I call and request to speak with supervisor and they put William on the phone. Not very helpful. He claims patron cut is squares. Then adv he is not a supervisor and the supervisor on duty is busy. When in asked name of supervisor he put me on hold for a few mins and adv Alma. Very poor customer service. Would not accept that this was their error even when I specifically req long sliced patron cut even though I had ordered some on Fri night and they cut correctly. They wanted me to go back out to have it remade with no compensation or discount for my inconvenience. Your staff need better customer service training!!!
