Staff isn’t trained. They say don’t accept phone number for the awards program and that they can’t scan the QR code. Who ever does the hiring needs to be let go. Arely didn’t know any answers or who to ask for help. Last time I go to this location.

Was calling to put in a order no answer, I got to the place to put in my order the radio was so loud it might have something to do with it but when the song stop you can hear the phone ringing know one answer or tried like it was not ringing anyway, there was 5 works 2 just in the back not even helping the front the lady take the pizza out just look at me didn't tell anyone I was there we where just looking at each other until someone came

Never answers the phone.

I came to this location right before closing time. I was oblivious to the time. Erin working the counter still greeted me with a smile and as I spat out my order to him still oblivious to what time it actually was. Erin and his coworker politely made my order without any hesitation even tho im sure they were already cleaned up and ready to go before I even pulled up at 9:57pm. Closing at 10pm. They really proved to have excellent customer service skills fulfilling my order promptly and without any attitude for being that dreadful last minute customer. I really appreciate their polite attitudes and even went the extra mile to make sure my order was absolutely perfect! Better than perfect! Thanks guys yall rock i will definitely make this place my go -to neighborhood pizza place !!!! 5 stars all the way!!!!!!♡♡♡♡

5 dollar pizza 10am to 2pm

I love ordering from this pizza place because it’s much closer to home but this time that I called they were very unprofessional they weren’t answering the phone when I was calling them over and over again and when they finally did they took my order was going to ask how many minutes til ready and they hung up on me very quick. Now I’m inside waiting for my order when I could have have killed that time doing something else meantime. They need to give better assistance if they want to keep this place open!

Honestly, this would be my last time to come here!
They have wait time up to an hour, the guy making the pizzas DOESNT WEAR GLOVES so he’s touching the cheese and pepperoni with his bare hands!!!!!!!!
That was just disgusting!
My cheese sticks had hair in it, and the pizza had the biggest crust I’ve ever seen on a pizza .
I guess they were trying to save up on ingredients 🤣

The pizza was good and hot. Got delivered to hotel. Put in comments, it was a hotel. You'd think they would have sent napkins, plates, ect, but didn't get anything, but what we ordered. Got multiple text messages saying they were having problems locating the address, but delivery was pretty quick. Sauce had a different taste to it than we are us too, but it was good.
