We were told to park for about 15 minutes to get 1 pizza. After 15 minutes another car parked next to us and they got their pizza before us. In total we waited almost 40 minutes for a single pizza.

The person on the phone was so rude & unprofessional & when I went to pick up the pizza she said the name wasn't there how if I called & placed a order then she laughed her name was GLENDA i believe & had 5-6 cars there waiting to place an order. Yah need to make sure they are nice to customers & not have rude people working there.

I always call to order food then get put on hold for a long time and they never get back so I always just end up hanging up. Then I show up to the drive thru window to order and they take a long time to attend me there as well the whole time they are just talking to each other. I've had to just go somewhere else for pizza. Real bad service.

We went on the drive thru and they told us they only had XL which was fine, we asked for half Hawaiian with jalapeños and the other half pepperoni and told us it was gonna be 15 minutes.When that time came, we got home to a ugly cut pizza with only 10 slices when it’s supposed to be 12 ( it clearly says on the box)and with no jalapeños when we clearly ask. This is not our first time this has happened. Most employees be on the phone even when a customer is there. Managers need to do better in training the employees !

I went in store to order a specialty deal pizza. I was told that the deals were only made online, but I was never even asked if I needed help on how to do the online deal, because I told the young lady it was my 1st time going to pizza patron after many years. I made the order, then I went to go pick it up. I ask the young lady if I could order specialty deals thru the drive thru window but I was just ignored. I asked a second young lady but was ignored as well. I may not be going back to pizza patron...If you don't like your job then don't stay there. Customer service is an important tool in the restaurant business. I may just keep on going to Little Ceasers and recommend Little Ceasers instead over Pizza Patron. That should tell you how bad the service was.

the pizza was great but the service of the persons is awful! they have no manners, not friendly, and some of the workers don't speak clearly -like they have marbles in their mouth. if it wasn't for the pizza's being good, I would go somewhere else. no customer service.
Excellent service and the food was delicious at a great price will definitely be coming back, placed my order through the drive thru and waited for about 15 minutes very courteous customer service.

I used to go to Little Caesars and didn't really like it, But one of my friends recommended that I should come to this pizza place which I'm glad he recommended, the pizza is so delicious and cheaper than little Caesars, I would recommend this pizza place.
