Pizza Patrón Thorton Freeway

This Pizza Patron provides such rude service every time. You would think that after trying a place that you pick up pizza for an easy night would be easy and and a breeze. Trying to call ahead as there have been issues before, the phone customer service was very poor and rude as well. I tried to do a call back to add to my order I got the phone picked up and I THINK I just got told to hold for a second and never got a response after waiting 5 minutes with no pick back up or anything. The employees could do better or be swapped imo.

Good pizza. Ordered online and was ready when I got there

The not straight guy at the counter doesn't know how to take orders I think they should get people who know how to communicate with the customers I would suggest if u come here speak slow so they know how to make a correct order would probably not return here anymore

I made an online order paid for it.My son picked up the order as soon as he got home, I got a call from the manager Moisés that my payment did not go through and I needed too Zelle him the payment I told him my card shows the payment on my bank statement he got upset and called una estafadora and hung up on me, cause I wouldn’t Zelle him the payment. I will not go to pizza patron no longer been going there for years after this experience no more.

Beatriz O was a great service to us it was our first time visiting she explained all the deals her suggestions and we loved it food was hot fresh fluffy pizza we will be back thank you so much for your top service on 1501 miller rd it was clean in there as well the workers were clean as well that makes a huge difference

I asked for a pizza, thin crust & extra crispy. I got a cold pizza and the dough undercooked. I called and the lady gave me credit for a new pizza. The next day I called and no answer. I stopped by the third day and the guy who seemed to be the manager Moises did not grant the credit because 2 days had passed. He even gave me the name of the franchise owner Eddie. Eddie I know how much it cost to make a pizza. You staff has poor training and your store has a sewer smell when you walk in that needs to be corrected. It is not worth to decline a customers credit based on what I experienced. Not worth the black eye. Not going back to this location.

This was my go to place for pizza because it has always been delicious, inexpensive, and quickly made and ready; until yesterday’s horrible experience. My girls were the ones to open the box of pizza to have dinner and I hear a bloody murder scream coming from the kitchen, A CRICKET WAS ON THE PIZZA! Poor thing was charred to the bone! I don’t understand how they couldn’t see it once the pizza was placed on the box to cut it up?! We headed over to the restaurant to return it. The lady that was there phoned the manager, which he did not answer (I get it, I wouldn’t want to be bothered about work when I’m no longer there), anyways, she gave me the money for the value of that pizza, and said she would report it to her manager.

Placed a order online and waited a whole 30 minutes just to be called when my order was supposed to be ready and say “we can’t make your wings because we don’t have any” I then go in to cancel my order just to be they can’t cancel! So you want to keep my money and then to tell me to come back tomorrow to cancel it no. Need to do better business and if don’t have something take it off your online website.

This was the cleanest and friendliest Pizza Patron I have ever been to. Eric was an absolute pleasure. He took our order with no problem and offered suggestions on new items. He was very attentive and pleasant. We will be visiting again because of Eric. He was awesome. I appreciate him and the EXCELLENT service he provided. He deserves a raise and a promotion. Eric is what customer service is truly about.!
