We called before leaving our home to place the order since it takes us about 15 minutes to get there no one answered after two calls I told my husband just hang up will have to drive up there and place our order there. when my husband walked inside she was on her personal phone with her homegirl chit chatting didn’t even acknowledge or hang up when she had a customer infront of her this conversation kept going on for a good 3- 5 minutes while the landline phone kept ringing my husband said she finally told her friend “okay I’ll let you go homegirl”and she proceeded to finally answer the landline phone and then take my husbands order she needs to be fired I know pizza patron employees can do better and I know if the manager was there she would not be taking her job so unserious I hope she is not the manager . To top it all off they didn’t even have listas ready so we had to wait another 15 on top of the 15 we waited to call and the 15 we had to drive there .

Large fee pizza order placed at 4:15. App showed it had been delivered. Instead the driver returned to Pizza Hut with our order. Delivered at 7. Close to 3 hours! Cold! Hangry kiddos. Went to Pizza Hut survey site to complain. Survey site would not open unless you entered a survey code at the bottom of the receipt. But surprise - No such code. My husband will never order from Pizza Hut - anywhere - again.

the employees were a bunch of teens playing around was on hold on the phone for 20 minutes and u can hear in the background they playing around , hunged up called again came to the restaurant to pick up my pizzas had me waiting just to pick up a pizza , messed up my order .
