Severely understaffed. Disorganized. This place has gone to the toilet. Patrón either needs to start paying their workers better for encouragement to put some effort into this business, or cut their losses and close-up shop. I tried to order a simple large pepperoni pizza, then they hung up without asking for my name and number. I show up 20 minutes later expecting that they maybe have some ready (perhaps that’s why they didn’t ask for my info). NOTHING. I had to wait another 15 minutes for the pizza.

I called in to ask how many how much the wings were and they said it was $20 for 8 pieces. I decided to drive over there and when I went inside, it said 8 pieces for $10 & 12 for $13.50.The other location at Webb chapel did the same thing saying there large pepperoni pizza was $12 and it was actually $6.50. Wth is going on that they are lying. They are turning away orders on the phone because they don’t want to do them.

I use Pizza Patron to provide lunch for our employees once a month. They deliver the individual pizza's in a timely manner and they are still warm even when we order about 100 personal pizzas. The manager Martin is amazing and professional

Went in on Thursday. Was helped by a guy, usually there when I get pizza from there. I think he’s the manager. Very nice and friendly. I like that they cook everything fresh and no something that’s been sitting there for minutes. They’re also pretty fast!
Extremely good prices, but the taste is not for everyone! I could not taste grilled chicken topping, and I think marinara sauce overpowered the four cheeses and chicken.

I really hate that it took me so many years to try this place. It was good pizza. The cheese was nice, you can get a lot of toppings and not be excessively up-charged, the dough was chewy and fresh and the crust was crispy. I tried to order wings but he said they didn't have any with no explanation. I asked for a side of ranch and he gave it to me no problem. And their ranch is very good which I was happy about because not all ranch is created equal. The reviews stating they quote incorrect times are right. I ordered over the phone and was told 15-20 minutes. I walked in 20 minutes later and he asked for my name but the person who took my order didn't ask for my name. I described the order then he went to the back, came back and said "it will be 4 minutes" even though the order clearly hadn't been started. I ordered a personal pan so I only waited about 10 minutes so I didn't really care. Can't wait to go back!
