Called like 3 times no answer so I drove up and they were at the counter. Put my order in and I walked out to wait in my car , it’s 8:30pm. Worker comes and locks the door knowing people are still waiting for orders in their car. Had like 3 people standing outside waiting on him to open the door.

They NEVER answer the phone. It doesn't matter what time of day.

I had a great experience with Angel today. He was so kind and attentive. He got my order to me quickly and was so respectful! I love coming to places that don’t offer full service, but have staff that can recognize great hospitality. Angel rocks!

I absolutely love pizza and some site locations for Pizza Patron are better than others, this location is hit or miss with food. My examples of this are from about 20 or so visits over the course of 2024. First is they (about 80% of the time) do not pick up their phones which might not be a big deal to some but to some who have a busy schedule and can't sit 30 minutes outside waiting can be bothersome. Second is the most important issue... the quality of pizza. About half the time I go is either undercooked or overcooked and to top it off one time they even added mushrooms under the cheese! Lastly is the wait, I have been to other chain locations and man have they been amazing with quality, time, and always answers their phone for pick up orders but this location has disappointed me time and time again that I will actively drive an extra 10 miles to a better Pizza patron location that has been wonders since I found it. Hopefully, they either get better equipment or people that can at least not undercook my food.

I went and no one has any caps or hair nets one girl is messing with her stomach and has her hair down nobody gave a damn about things being sanitary!!

Very bad service, they don't answer calls and when you go in person, the old ladies who serve at the checkout have a very ugly manner, they serve you very reluctantly, it seems like you are going to ask for free food. I don't recommend this pizzeria, especially this one at this location. Let's hope they change the staff and put in people who really know how to serve customers.
