Today my husband and I came to buy ONE PIZZA, we arrived around 9:30. First, he did not give him a time when the pizza would be delivered and second, he did not ask for the name, which is not a problem, I return to 9:45 and only to be told that the pizza had not entered the system and if he wanted to wait for it to be made
Anyway lately they have been making too many mistakes, this place is no longer the same

Today we went for a pizza in a piece I got long hair... honestly terrible service I talked to him to tell the manager and he did nothing about it... they didn't take my complaint seriously ?

If you have the time or gas please go to the various others, do not come to this location. my fiancé and i always used to(as of today not anymore) come to this pizza patron but lately the 2 latina ladies in the front always have terrible attitudes and customer service! the girl with the black hair look relatively confused but the horribly dyed blonde haired girl is just bleh. i cant believe people hate their jobs so much they make the customer miserable as well….

heres what makes their day so hard my fiancé and i always ask for garlic butter on the pizza crust, every other pizza patron does it no problem yet this one always has a problem. whether it be that they don’t do it anymore they don’t sell it or they can’t put it on there orrr heres the kicker we can put it on ourselves…. so black hair girl with french tip nails finally tells us he (the cook) will put the butter on- tell is why we came to pick it up the butter is NOT on there and the blonde girl is there as if she told her not to put any on for us when we left after paying. this girl has also tried to charge us $1.65 for the butter as well when it is FREE! officially done begging for garlic butter because of pure laziness!!

definitely concerned for the longevity of this location. get new employees or shut it down honestly, mr wongs or little cesaers and cicis around the corner will take yall out soon enough !

Okey all the things about this place is great attitude pizzas and everything except one thing . Last night there was a spicy pizza between all other pizza’s in party and it was so spicy it feels like death to eat and now which is the day after i cant walk anymore im burning like hell

They don't sell more pizza 15 minutes after closing

This place NEVER answers the phone. It always says their is no voicemail set up. Really?!

Very similar to a Little Caesar pizza, although I liked the sauce a little more incipient and the presentation of the pizzas a little less elaborate.

When they give you incomplete orders, and you talk to them to give you a solution, (refund or give you the things that were missing) they treat you like a criminal, the mistake is theirs! Later, when the manager thinks she has already hung up the phone, they say bad things about me (expletives), everyone in my house listening to everything on speakerThey gave me what was missing from my order, but made me wait 29 minutes!My complete order took 16 minutes, the missing one took 29!That was intentional to annoy the customer more.
