Always catch them when I’m off from work late at night usually last customer 😏They always greet me and food is always fresh. There the best!!!!

I normally come to this Pizza Patron because it’s the closest to my son’s school, but unfortunately, the customer service has been consistently disappointing. Every time I visit, it’s the same cashier (doesn’t s, and she is always rude. She looks customers up and down, makes us wait 15+ minutes before even acknowledging us, and if you try to greet her or ask for help, she responds with “wait, I’m busy.”

Even when we place orders online ahead of time, they’re never ready when we arrive, and the attitude is the same. It’s really frustrating because this location is the most convenient for me, but the service makes it unpleasant every single time.

Pizza Patron in Jefferson is a great spot in Cockrell Hill to grab a tasty pizza at an affordable price! The aroma of fresh pizza hits you even before stepping inside, and that alone draws in a lot of customers. 😋 When I entered the restaurant, I ordered a cheese and pepperoni pizza. The standard cooking time is 10–20 minutes, and after waiting, the staff was incredibly kind—they even gave me extra cheese packets! 🧀🎉
Once I opened the pizza box, the delicious smell made me excited to dig in. While some pizzas were slightly smaller or had less cheese or pepperoni, they were still fresh, hot, and enjoyable. 🍽️

Despite these minor inconsistencies, I rate Pizza Patron ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5 stars)! The employees are friendly, the building is clean and well-maintained, and they even offer free sauce packets! For a small restaurant, they do a fantastic job keeping everything organized.

I ordered 2 large pepperoni pizzas and a QuesoStix I told them it was burnt and they told me they couldn't serve anything if I didn't take it when I went to the store and showed them the photos and told them how it was they didn't take me seriously nor did they tell me anything it was no There was no bad service, the truth is, apart from the fact that it arrived very cold and burnt.

Excellent attention and fast service. The pizza came out in 10 minutes. Buy the spinach one and the pepperoni one with jalapenos. Both very delicious. Thank you. I would say better flavor than pizza hut and little caesars. And don't forget the ranch. Ha ha ha

It is an excellent place and delicious pizza, but today it was not like that, whoever took the order apparently did not like working today and the worst thing was the pizza was inedible because of how salty it was... it is sad not to taste it freshly like the last time. ..

Came In At 9:00pm to order and was told that they were closed when the door clearly states 10pm and she offered to sell me 3 old pepperoni that had been sitting out. And when I told her they don’t close till 10 she said “well we already put everything away” as a previous manager of this company it’s embarrassing to know that absolutely NO changes have been made the same nasty ugly service remains.

I don't know why they never answer the phone and on top of that they grab it and cut off your call. Terrible customer service
