Never going again. Took over an hour for one drink to come out. No exaggeration. Service was awful. Made several complaints and the manager didn’t make an attempt to try and make it right. When we finally got our drink our dinner party participants were on drink 2 and finished their meal. Our food arrived another 35 minutes later which I sent it back. They never offered to comp the drinks nor the food. We unfortunately left the party early because I refused to spend more money.

I came in with a party of 17 on a Wednesday night, AT 6:30, and the service was HORRIBLE!!! We waited almost 2 hours for our food! Asked for the manager 3 times, was told they were in the kitchen cooking!! (DID NOT show up!!) I nor my party will be returning!!!

This place should be shut down! Order pizza it was horrible. I also believe a restaurant owner is a good representation of the food. The owner was car was filthy ( I happen to be parked next to him) the bathroom filthy. Listen food administration inspectors please close this place. I wouldn’t recommend to a dog. Worse pizza I ever had.

If I could give them 0 stars I would! The manager is horrible & rude cussing at customers. Calzone soggy, milky reddish water just pouring out it. Completely inedible

nice quality ingredients, expect to wait, but worth it!

Not once but three times I have found hair in my found, and this last time when I asked to speak to a manager she called the police on me!! Talking about I'm disrupting the flow of business when the restaurant is empty! If I could give no stars I would! The white chick at the front counter that did it. Called the police a lied!

Usually this is my go to pizza place because of the Price and that it's 10minutes down the street.. from work i stop in to grab my pizza then home this is like a weekly ritual.. Today however i didn't have to work so i decided to order in, they let me know it'll be 35min to and Hr before my pizza reached me due to rain (understandable ) , 1hr and 45mins later i call just to check on the order and immediately the lady state “it's raining and he just left out to you 5 minutes ago” again i accept it and apologize for being impatient, 45mins after i call again cause honestly I'm just starving the lady states he should be on the way which is what they said 45minutes ago so i stated i wanted to cancel the lady then argued and said i had to wait 10minutes... he arrived 20minutes later and i had to verbally tell him i cancelled.. 2hr just to be unsatisfied .

Very good I usually receive very good service from the staff.

Best Italian food. The taste of blood is special.

Very bad customer service it was suppose to be an order of 10 wings they gave me 7 I called and confront the manager about it. She was rude and had an attitude these wings nasty pizza worst than 7 11 this was a waste of money

Very bad customer service and little appreciation to consumers. Today April 19, 2018 I made a telephone order consisting of a medium pizza with pepperoni and a short of pepperoni and canadian bacon and to my surprise upon receiving the order the calzone was totally made of cheese and the pepperoni pizza had to be looked for with a magnifying glass. I proceeded to call to notify the situation and to my surprise the employee in an arrogant tone said that the calzone had pepperoni and bacon and I clarified that he did not have and he did not believe me, they decided to send me another one and when I received it surprised again since the calzone that They only had 3 slices of pepperoni and a piece of ham, they did not have canadian bacon and it was very empty. I understand that this was the cook in retaliation for the situation of not admitting that I made a mistake in carrying out my order. what he does not imagine is that I am a local guide of google and I must share this so that they think twice before sponsoring this place in which they do not respect or appreciate the consumers.

I was told 45min.....we are pushing 1:20 min....and stilll no order....I live less than 2 miles from location....don't do delivery....they can't keep there commemntments.

We ordered a meat lovers pizza , there was hardly any meat ...the crust was hard to chew. It wasn't worth the 15.oo that we paid .
