Got the combo plate, Kung Pao chicken and orange chicken with fried rice and egg roll. The Orange Chicken was decent, nothing to get excited about, the Kung Pao chicken not so good, bland brown gravy with too much soy sauce and the fried rice is just white rice with soy sauce, no veggies or egg. First time here and not impressed

We ordered 5 different meals, I tried the lemon chicken, it was terrible. I could barely cut the chicken with a knife much less chew it. I did not even give it to my dogs. The lemon sauce was more like lemon water. The rest of my family seemed ok with their food.

We order delivery at least once a week. The fried rice, Mongolian Beef, Sweet and sour chicken, are our favorites although all the dishes we've had are generally good. The only disappointment was Beet Teriyaki.....just didn't care for it. Delivery is quick and courteous.

Ordered chicken with snow peas and it was not good. Chicken was rubbery and the vegetables tasted like they were from different dishes thrown together and a little old. Sorry but this was the last time I'm ordering from here. I ate a few bites of it and my stomach was cursing me the whole night for it.

Pizza Xpress? Not "express" at all. I ordered a pizza online and they gave me an estimate of when my pizza will be done. I have been waiting for 45 minutes after the time they suggested it will be done. I got so impatient that I left to run errands. I came back and its still not done or made... They weren't busy at all, so I don't understand why they took so long to make a pizza. While I was waiting, I ordered from Alfredo's, which is another pizza place right across the street, and my pizza from them was made faster than Xpress! I left and went to pick up my additional pizza from Alfredo's and when I returned to Xpress, they had just finished making my pizza..... Talk about SLOW.

I ordered from this place at lunch today and I will never ever go back. First they completely messed up my order and gave me the wrong food. Something that I would never ever order. And when I called back to inform them of that. That person on the Phone was sooo RUDE and unprofessional!!! I really should not call that customer service and the final straw was this thing screamed at me that I ordered the wrong thing and hung up in my face!!!! But if I had visited the location first I would have never even placed the order in the first place. It smelled and looked like it had not been cleaned in some months. So if I were you I would find another place !!!!!!!!!!!

This place should be shut down! Order pizza it was horrible. I also believe a restaurant owner is a good representation of the food. The owner was car was filthy ( I happen to be parked next to him) the bathroom filthy. Listen food administration inspectors please close this place. I wouldn’t recommend to a dog. Where do I even begin. This location has been slowly going down hill for months and 2/14 it hit near bottom for me. We placed an online delivery order and they used to get here in about 30 min for the longest time now its an hour plus. This delivery was an hour and half before I called and the person tried to tell me it had only been 30 min and I corrected him as I had the confirmation email and time. He then stated he was on the way and I asked what that meant as in 5 min or another hour. He put me on hold came back and the told me about 20 min. When the food arrived they did not give us the right size egg drop soup as my wife was not feeling well and thats what she wanted. They sent a small and we ordered a large. So I called back and they offered a 20% discount on the next order. I said how is that going to help my wife feel better today? I asked them to send the large I ordered as soon as possible. They finally agreed and about 30 min later it arrived...well something arrived. We did not get a large we got a small and it was not even egg drop soup it was some sort of mushroom chicken soup which is not even remotely what we wanted. I am just wondering if they have gotten to big with all the orders I see going out with the various grub hub, door dash, uber eats, etc picking up food, plus the customer to go orders and those who occasionally dine in and then you layer in the pizza business they run out of the same shop just seems like a lot of moving parts. The food has changed and has a strange after taste on many of the dishes now thats hard to explain so I am not sure what the cause for that is. Their food used to be amazing and as I heard one of the employees say one day they are a mom an pop place for 30 years. I hope they can get their processes and quality control back in line and up the same level they used to be. Hoping they get better

Had lunch here Saturday. I ordered from their lunch combination menu, T3 Chow Mein (crispy noodles) with chicken and vegetables and fried rice on the side. The crispy noodles are the same noodles you put in to your soup. I thought its the fried egg noodles. I misunderstood what was stated in their menu. It tasted bland and it has more veggies than chicken. It's a self-service type of Chinese restaurant where it also housed an Italian style Pizza Express. Clean and well lit restaurant. Serving staff is courteous and helpful.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. We have been ordering from this place for many years and tonight was the last time for us. We had a problem in the past where they delivered our order incorrect and was upset then because they made us bag all the old food up and give it back to them after we had already thrown it away. We had to dig in our trash to get it out but we decided to give them another chance tonight. Well let's just say I got 2 bites into the chicken fried rice and there was a baby cockroach crawling around. I tried to grab it to take a pic of it and it fell back into the rice... disgusting. So my husband calls them just wanting a refund they basically call him a liar and said they don't have bugs. So of course he gets upset so my husband of course called her a name and they hung up on him. I know he was wrong so I called up there they kept hanging up on me when I finally get through and they ask me my address they hang up on me. Very unprofessional all I want is my money back that's it. So I decide to drive up there with the food since I know they're going to ask for it back and they have the nerve to stare me down for a whole minute then finally say oh I guess your husband didn't have the balls to come up here so he sent you. Like who does that to a customer my husband wouldn't have been so nice that's the only reason he didn't go. I finally got a refund after 2 employees basically ganged up on me telling me I have roaches in my apartment and it's not their fault. We've been loyal customers for over 7 years but we're done. I intend on contacting the health department to file a complaint as well. I would never recommend this restaurant to anybody if anything goes wrong they will argue with you and blame you. Sad thing is I'm not even an irate person but the way they treated me they had me cussing at them wanting nothing more than a refund and to get the heck out of that nasty place.

I ordered fried rice with chicken and beef as one order and orange beef with fried rice as the 2nd order.i asked if I can pay to have the fried rice on my 2nd order upgraded from plain fried rice..I was told I couldn't because they made too many orders in a day and they cant customize....I asked even if I'm paying for fried rice with additional ingredients..you still have to serve me plain fried rice on my 2nd order..I was told..correct...there were no customers here ..I'm shocked they couldn't customize fried rice even if I paid more.....really sad

I got the spicy flat noodles w chicken. And the noodles were not noodles. If they were used in a 'scary' house on Halloween you could use this substance as brain matter. If I took away all the boobs of what supposed to be noodles, the flavors were good. The service was also nice. So it wasn't a total loss and I would probably go back.
