The food is very good, however our service experience was lacking for the price point. Drinks left empty for upwards of 10 minutes - we got up and took our glasses to the bar for refills ourselves. They did not appear to be short staffed, just in attentive. The inside of the restaurant is nicely decorated and appointed but it’s very loud and hard to carry on a conversation during your meal. Iced tea and soda are $5 each, which is crazy and not anywhere near market price for restaurants.

Do not waste your time here! The managers at this location.are incompetent! Disorganized! Deceitful! Especially Harrison! Harrison is a very very very incompetent manager. Go to the location on Travis St right by Knox. They are better..

Walked in before dinner rush, we were seated and 6 minutes went by without service. We have 3 children and left. Likely will not try again.

I don’t know if I would say this pizza is award winning. Definitely not if you have been to Chicago or New York this would be a zero. The pizza was bland and had no sauce on it. I had 2 pieces of sausage at best on a slice. For the prices they charge here, I was expecting more. Very overpriced and the food is not that good unless you like bread for dinner. It isn’t terrible, but it’s bland and soggy. The service was great so I feel bad I didn’t like the food. Very nice staff here. Maybe I need to try a different pizza but I was not impressed.

So glad they opened this location, this is my favorite pizza place. Everything about this place is a 10/10, and I truly believe they have the best pizza in Dallas.

We’ve ordered from Pizzana multiple times now, and every single experience has been consistently excellent. The quality is just on another level compared to your typical neighborhood pizza spot.
You can really taste how fresh everything is. The ingredients are bright, flavorful, and clearly thoughtfully sourced, and the sourdough crust sets them apart. light, perfectly chewy, and super flavorful without feeling heavy. It’s the kind of pizza where you finish a slice and immediately want another one, even if you thought you were “just having one piece.”
Every interaction we’ve had with the team has been great. The staff is always friendly, professional, and genuinely courteous, whether we’re picking up or popping in. There’s a real sense that they care about the product they’re putting out and the experience they’re providing.
I was also very impressed with how clean and organized the restaurant is. From the dining area to the counter, everything feels tidy, dialed in, and well run. You notice that kind of attention to detail, and it matches the care they put into the food.
In short: incredible pizza, super fresh ingredients, amazing sourdough crust, and a team that clearly takes pride in what they do. We’ll definitely keep coming back and recommending Pizzana at Preston & Forest to friends and family. Five stars all the way.

Elaina was our waitress she was absolutely incredible. We had this really great table. Ate some great food. The weirdest thing was the manager thought it was a good idea to meet a friend and block our view watching the football game but no big deal because the food was great and as I said ELAINA was the best waitress I’ve seen in quite some time👊🚀🤘✅ here is the manager blocking our view😂

Best pizza in Dallas - make sure to get the artichoke appetizer and the tricolore salad, they are both so good.

This location has only been open about a week. The food is phenomenal! So many tempting pizza creations on the menu it's hard to choose, and you can taste the attention to detail with all of the ingredients. The service is excellent. Save room for the chocolate cake, which is insanely delicious. It seemed very busy, so reservations would be a safe bet

Our first time to visit this restaurant. It took a long time to get water and order our dinner. The wine was warm and didn’t care for. The meatballs were very good, but asked our waiter for a to go box. He boxed the meatball with sauce in a tiny box with bread sitting in the sauce! We ordered a Caesar salad and it was so big for just two people, I asked if we could have smaller salad, and they didn’t have one. The salad could feed 4-6 people. I think they should offer two sizes. The margarita pizza was just ok! I don’t think we will be coming back. It was just ok.

Unfortunately I never got to eat at Pizzana so I can’t comment on the food or atmosphere. I love the pizza at the Knox St location and was so excited to see this location open. I made a reservation for me, my wife, and my weeks-old newborn to sit outside. I confirmed it before I left the house. But when I got there I was turned away - apparently there was soon to be a party outside. Fair enough. But the staff was incredibly rude. It’s a shame since I’ve been such an evangelist for the restaurant. When I had a chance to eat out for the first time since our child was born, this was the first restaurant I thought of. It’s a shame. I won’t go back.
