My recent visit to Pizzana on Knox St in Dallas left much to be desired. Despite the restaurant's promising reputation, the overall experience fell short of expectations, marred by lackluster food and subpar service.While the ambiance of Pizzana exudes a trendy, modern vibe, it's unfortunate that the same level of excellence doesn't extend to the food. The pizzas, touted as the highlight of the menu, failed to impress. Lacking the distinctive flavors and artisanal quality I had anticipated, they tasted rather ordinary and uninspired.Equally disappointing was the level of service. While not outright rude, the staff seemed indifferent and inattentive, failing to provide the warm hospitality one would expect from a dining establishment of this caliber. It's disheartening when a restaurant falls short in delivering on the promise of a memorable dining experience.To add insult to injury, the pricing at Pizzana left much to be desired. Being charged an exorbitant $20 for four sodas, particularly when dining with children, felt unjustifiable and frankly, outrageous. Such pricing practices detract from the overall value proposition of the restaurant and leave a sour taste in the mouths of patrons.In conclusion, while Pizzana on Knox St may have potential, my experience was far from satisfactory. With underwhelming food, lackluster service, and questionable pricing, it's difficult to recommend this establishment to fellow diners. Hopefully, improvements will be made to elevate the dining experience and justify a return visit in the future.

This weekend was our first time trying Pizzana, we had it delivered. I would recommend eating at the store first of all, it is adorable and the pizzas taste best hot of the oven. There was a pizza missing from our delivery so called the store, Nicole the manager offered to drive one to us personally which was so kind but instead of taking her off the floor on a busy Friday night we ran up to pick up the missing pizza. Not only was I glad I got to see the shop in person so I know I want to come back, they were so kind and replaced our pizza and also added a dessert for the trouble. We ate the pizza on the way home he couldn’t help ourselves it smelled too good and seriously is great anytime but fresh out of the oven is exceptional. Cannot wait to go back, so grateful for the kind service with the delivery mix up.Ok but let’s talk about the food, we had a margarita and a pepperoni, the crust is perfect wood fired, soft but crunchy great sauce and love the little pepperonis! We also ordered a Caesar salad and I can’t tell you if I have ever written a review on Caesar salad, but this one deserves it. I don’t know what they do special with the dressing but it is one of the best I have ever had, also loved the softer croutons, crazy good salad, definitely add with your pizza!

This place has both, some of the most amazing food and the most amazing people. We’ve made a tradition to come here for my birthday every year and this year we had the greatest time! The staff are all so kind and friendly it’s like walking into a friends house.Run, don’t walk here. The food is more than worth it but the people will keep you coming back.And to the staff that have made two amazingly memorable birthday dinners, I cannot wait for the next time I get to go, y’all were all so kind and fun, thank you for an amazing birthday ❤️

The pizza here was crisp with a soft inside. Nicely balanced and tasty. Really interesting options with unique combinations. The Panna Cotta was also a super creamy not crazy sweet desert. Really cute place!! Nadia and Nicole were also really friendly hosts!

Very quaint and casual elegance. The menu goes beyond great pizza with amazing salads and appetizer options to pair with cocktails or wine. We had pizza and salad and the croutons on the Caesar salad were house made and the dressing from scratch.Great date spot with cozy booths and atmosphere. Street Parking available but the retail garages are always available. Lots of shopping within walking distance.

A gem! One of my favorite spots in Dallas. The cocktail menu is amazing. The pizza can rival anything offered in LA or NY. It's also in a cute location. You can get a glass of wine at the RH Rooftop then walk over for dinner.
