Such a treasure, Dallas is lucky to have Pizza Carina. It's unfussy but high-quality pizzas with authentic Italian flavors. You could fool me telling me I was in a pizza shop in Rome or Naples.
I had the square slice topped with pesto, vodka, and tomato sauce, which was delicious and well textured with crispy edges and a soft chew in the middle. I also had a folded sandwich, the Mortazza, which really does taste like something from a sandwich shop in Rome or Florence,...
