Great late night eats. Cool atmosphere. Food is always made to order and fresh. The Rick Ross is my favorite. 10/10 highly recommend.

Meh...it was just ok.
The quesadillas are phenomenal! Surprisingly for the price you get a large portion. My typical order is a Brisket quesadilla and an order of churros (equally as delicious). They are also open late and conveniently located near a few bars so it a great spot to end a night out at.

The food at Plomo is still consistently great and flavorful to this day; it really just depends on the day of the week, time and what’s going on the neighborhood.
Take the “food critics” reviews with a grain of salt, wedge of lime and shot of Tequila if you will.
Rick Ross is still hands down the best. Freeway Ricky himself, would give a nod of approval (please never change or remove it from the menu), Chorizo Mac is the best side ever and such a great comfort food to the last bite.
Only issue: Fork/spoon and napkins missing in the bag multiple times. I did make a note & request through the UberEats app for those items; it shouldn’t be left to the delivery driver when requesting those items.
Overall, I’m glad to see the restaurant is doing great and wish you all well.

Came here before a concert at Dos Equis and thought that I would need more food to fill up. I was wrong! The quesadillas were jam packed AND delicious. Right amount of chips for the dips and staff was so helpful with multiple questions. Great place!

BEST QUESADILLA IN DFW!! I saw someone recommend this place on instagram and decided to try it out for myself. It exceeded my expectations by 200%!!
