Called in to place an order at 12 PM. Was then redirected to order online because my order was too large. Wasted time over the phone just to have to order online (too large an order, requires to be pre-paid—I get that, but inconvenient in this case and waste 15 mins of my time). Anyway, 2 people on the phone repeated to me that it would take 15-20 mins to prepare such a large order ($350+). No big deal. I was ordering for my team for a 1 PM lunch. I immediately place the order online, and already, the timeline is pushed to 12:53 PM. The office is 12 mins away so this makes me 5 mins late, but no big deal. I show up at 12:50 PM—early, just in case the food is ready and I can grab it and go. By 12:53 PM, I am told by both the greeter and the manager that my order is behind and that it'll be another 5 mins. I ended up waiting in the store until 1:35 PM (45 MINS IN TOTAL!!) when I placed the order ahead, specifically so I wouldn't have to wait!!! Absolutely ridiculous. This was my first time at a Pluckers and it will be my last. The only reason why I didn't demand a refund and walk out was because my team specifically requested Pluckers and they deserved to get their choice. Horrible experience.

Isaiah was AMAZING! He accommodated me when I asked for patio seating as I struggle with social anxiety and overstimulation. He was quick to be of service and made me feel extremely comfortable! Beautiful sign of solidarity and exceptional customer service.
