I sat at the bar 4:40pm - it was only 2 other guests at the time & didn’t get my food til 30 minutes later after my original server repetitively walked passed to to do side work. There were PLENTY staff around but no urgency for guests. My food I wanted Togo was ready before my appetizer which was just cheese and chips so I went without it. In all I paid $30 for a shot & 5 whole wings aka “10 pc”. FOH this place is extremely overrated.

As someone that works in retail i am severely displeased with the service i was provided with at this location i took some of my co workers for a good meal and i severely regret it first off we got sat and everything was fine the server that was assigned to us seemed displeased with our presence. We proceeded to put our order in we never got one of our appetizers but the table near us most definitely did get their appetizer but the funny thing is they got the appetizer our table ordered since our food arrived we had to cancel the appetizer we never got. The food was great so good that we finished our drinks and we were never offered a refill for any of our drinks. Our server would zoom by and show no concern for us whatsoever. As part of a management team in the company i work for i am terribly disappointed in the way this encounter happened. When i spoke to the manager on duty inside of trying to rectify the situation she excused herself and her employee that is completely unacceptable. Her story was that maybe our server got “confused” and maybe our appetizer was delivered to another table on accident. As a manager you should never cover for someone when they are at fault. Ive been to plucker’s multiple times this month and this “new system” has been implemented for a while. There is no excuse for this person’s behavior. Her name was Fatima. I am severely disappointed.

I took my lunch break and I went to pluckers with my co workers it was a great environment the food was amazing it’s one of my favorite restaurants but the service was terrible I would give it 0 stars if it was an option our table ordered some appetizers and we just got one while the table near us got the appetizer we wanted we had to cancel that appetizer because our food came out. Our server never checked up on us never got a refill she was no where to be found we had to get the manager to get ringed out because she was applying somebody else’s tab to ours she would pass by and not acknowledge us at all when we asked to talk to the manager instead of apologizing said they have a new system going on and maybe our server got confused but that does not excuse a terrible attitude and horrible customer service this employee had offered us. The employees name is Fatima if you ever come to this pluckers ask for another server after an experience like she made us go through you’ll probably not want to come back in a while. I advise you not to step foot here or ask for a more qualified server.

If you like all the noise and everything that has to do with going out in public then this is the place for you. Im not used to going out and being in loud places but i LOVE the wings and i like to have time with my family so this is the place we go to. The wings are delicious and the macaroni is ?Delicious!******3/26/24******So today Is Tuesday and I looked at my bank information... i was being charged more then what i expected. Always always look at your receipt!!!! I quickly glanced at the receipt and told her i was paying with a card. I paid and got my receipt for 51 something... I signed, left a tip in cash and left. Not once was it brought up that i had been charged less, not once was it mentioned it was a mistake or whatever. I called they told me the total was actually 81 not 51 so i left as is. Check your receipt!!!

From the start the waiter was very rude and had an attitude.she just threw our straws when she brought the drinks instead of just placing them down.she kept on mean mugging other customers she was taking care of as well. Didn't get her name but worked on the booth tables that day she was light skinned with blondish highlights on her hair 03/23/24 don't recommend coming here overall bad experience.
