I ordered take out over an hour before closing and it was a big disappointment. The food was beyond dull and most of the ingredients had spoiled some. I’m aware I shouldn’t have the highest expectations for fish in the Dallas area, but I’ve tried multiple poke places and they were all better than this. The food was also prepared without the sauce which obviously is some cause of the dullness but the ingredients were poor too. I’m not sure why this place has high reviews. Much better places that aren’t far from this location at all. Spend your money elsewhere for poke.

I waited a while before someone came out from the back to ask me what I'd want to order. The guy was not welcoming and looked like he did not want to be there at all. I didn't know what to order because this was my first time there and he just gave me the most annoyed look the whole time making me feel really stupid and rushed to order. After that, I ended up throwing the whole bowl away, it was NOT good. I dont think I'll be going there again.

I've ordered delivery and gone in a number a times, I've never had trouble ever. I see people complaining about the service, but out of the 10+ times I've gone, I've never had an issue. Food quality is solid. The portions they give are a major plus, out of all the poke places I've been, poke o has definitely hooked it up comparatively on the protein.

I see someone else already posted about their lackluster service. You know it's bad when you have to ask their employee if they're pissed off (because of their demeanor and their impatience). Even worse when they respond with "I'm asking you a simple question" in regard to what "crunchies" I wanted on my bowl. The food was decent, but definitely better quality elsewhere. I'm not returning though, the service alone was a huge turn off. The restaurant was completely empty when I was ordering, so I'm not sure why the rush as I was trying to read through their menu options. Learn some manners, y'all. Maybe then you'll get more people in the door during lunch.
