Really great chicken, anytime im in dallas i stop in and get some. They dont have this back home so i definitely take advantage while im here. This chicken will put any other chicken to shame

Always great customer service. I never feel out of place or awkward because of what I look like. The chicken is always hot and not so much grease. When wings were really small, they would add one extra. And they give Cholula Hot Sause ? you can't beat that!!Always great customer service. The flan is the best, yuca fries do not taste frozen, the plantains are super fresh. Mango drink is very tasty. This restaurant replaced my Chick-fil-A. True authentic taste.

The chicken was very dry, the manager came and was very rude. Comore chicken to take away and they told me that they would give it to me when I finished eating, when I went to pick it up the lady said that they had already given it to someone, I had not picked it up, I showed her my receipt and she gave it to me. But they really don't have that control either, everything was very unpleasant.They should serve like in Irving, the place is clean, the staff is friendly and the chicken is crispy as it should be.And another thing, I have points and I had more than 40 dollars and I wanted to use them, the lady wanted to charge me, I showed her my rewards until in the end she understood and I charged it with my points, everything, everything made me feel bad.Another observation, the tables were dirty, there were even flies.They should supervise that place more,

this place has always been a hit or miss for me. the first time i ordered pollo asado con puré de papa y frijoles and it was perfect. then the other times i ordered, it the chicken either came undercooked or the wrong type of chicken. there was one time where i ordered and forgot to tell what type of chicken i wanted and when i saw it was fried, i went back to ask if i could change it out and the worker said i ordered it fried when in reality i never said what type i wanted. which is a miscommunication on my end. when i got the correct order back, they gave me the 2 smallest pieces of chicken which is kinda crazy but like i wasnt even mad initially it was a small mistake but the way it was responded to threw me back a little cuz i was just asking if they could switch it. besides that this place is still good. pollo campero is the only fast food place i actually like so i'll put up with anything from them idc it still hits

What happened to the beans? I drive through every Friday and get the 12 or 20 family meal to go with 2 beans and 1 rice. The bean recipe is different, and not in a good way. I’ll try one more time, if the beans aren’t back to the original recipe, I won’t be back. Disappointed.
