A small but complete restaurant that has some of the best costumer service I've seen in a long time. I'd like to mention the GM Lucia Bravo for going above and beyond making sure me and my family were treated right.In March we made an order for a picnic pack and this was done at the drive through, were you expect to wait at MOST 10 mins for food. This was not the case for us. We were told to wait at a parking spot for almost 30 mins plus what we had already waited in line. I saw this as absurd and thought I could've just dine in or gone elsewhere. It upset me since I had my baby boy in the car with my wife and drove from the colony (40-60min) to get our favorite staple food from back home.Soon after giving feedback from the link on the receipt I was contacted by the GM. I was really impressed as this is missing from every place you go to now, we truly appreciate the Customer service and hope to be back soon.Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking available and ramp to door available. No automatic door however.
Every time you ask for a combo and they sell you only legs and thighs, they never have breasts even if you pay for them separately and they charge you for the combo as if it were mixed.

I don't know why they don't close this one then, my God, how can you sell the chicken in such a reheated way? What value is how people as a Manager have the courage to serve that and charge as if we were animals?
I recently had a bad experience with this fried chicken restaurant. I gave them a really bad review with out speaking to a manager first. I decided to come to the restaurant on January 6, 2024 to talk to a manager about my bad experience. Ana was the manager on duty. She carefully listened to me and went above and beyond to make it right for me. I have to say that I wasn’t expecting that level of costumer service. I was shocked. Ana thank you so much for what you did today. The chicken was right this time, in excellent condition and standards and delicious as always. I can definitely recommend this restaurant cause if they don’t do it right for you, they will definitely fix it. Ana, once again, thank you very much for such a great costumer service.
