I love Pollo Regio, and my favorite one i like going to is this one,on live oak,because I love there customer service, They are very kind , The manager, is super kind she goes out of her way , to serve you and making sure you dont need anything else. Nasty place of business someone throw up and I wasn't paying attention until I almost slipped ugh told someone and it's like yea what ever!!!
They are stingy with their sauce I purchased 2 order which equaled 10 tacos and they only gave me 2 sauces their rice seems over cooked meat was a bit on the dry side but they have great flavoring I will order again just because their flavored are great but I would like juicer meat and more sauce for my tacos if the meat is going to be dry but full of flavor
