I love Pollo Regio, and my favorite one i like going to is this one,on live oak,because I love there customer service, They are very kind , The manager, is super kind she goes out of her way , to serve you and making sure you dont need anything else. Very nice and respectful lady. That's why I like coming to this location.

They are stingy with their sauce I purchased 2 order which equaled 10 tacos and they only gave me 2 sauces their rice seems over cooked meat was a bit on the dry side but they have great flavoring I will order again just because their flavored are great but I would like juicer meat and more sauce for my tacos if the meat is going to be dry but full of flavor

They don’t have soup anymore. They said since last year. I’m sad about that. 😭 I did get chicken and loaded fries, which was good. I been craving that soup, I’m going to cry at home now.
