I called to complain,and ADRIANA, answered the phone and have the nerve to tell me that they have a measurement on how much meat they put in the baked potatoes. I been to other Pollo Regio and they always put enough meat. Them she said take a picture and next time you come show us the picture. The price of the potatoes is pricey they only sold me the potatoes cover with cheese and no meat.

I love going to Pollo Regio but the service here compared to other establishments is superb. The person that attended me (her name was Stephanie, I believe) was incredibly amicable and took her time to explain the items on the menu in Spanish for my mom! Deeply grateful to this establishment 🙌🙌

I love Pollo Regio but I am disappointed the salsa’s size has changed, very small. Make sure you check your order before leaving if you as for additional items of modifications because they usually never do it until you let them know the item is missing.

I've been eating here for about 15 years. But the new staff is not so good. I ordered my nacho and a water today and a young lady asked me 5 times if I wanted just a water. And charged me $3.24 cents for it. After I told her I want a nacho and a water. She was so caught up in me trying to get a cup thinking I was gonna put soda in it that she didn't get my nacho. I waited 25 minutes before I got things straightened out.

They takes a lot of time to bring our food to the table, the tables were so duty, cashier attitude was really serious, not smiles at all, we ordered flautas of chicken, they were really soft, not crunchy, prices are high, just one order of 5 flautas or roll tacos and I paid $20 dollars, not a friendly people

They changed the chicken portions which also suck! Just trash now! To make it worst i paid for an extra side and didn't get it in my order ! Horrible
