The food was horrible...the chicken was dry and over crispy... you get more crisps than chicken... the Spirit and Dr Pepper were watered down.... all for a prize of $17.63. 4 pieces of chicken and 2 lousy sides of Rice/red beans and cold, suggy fries... i felt i wasted $17, or should I say $18 . It's not worth the price at all. I will never consider this location at all, or should I say I will never consider buying Popeyes chicken again... they're overpriced...what a low life....unfortunately, I dumped most of the food away. I could have taken a photo.

every table dirty. drink machine broken. the chicken was as cold as my ex-wife's heart. parking lot had birds everywhere eating trash. this place should be torn down ! what a joke. never ever again here. degustng.......

Ordered from their app. When I picked it up it was at room temperature. They should had kept it under a heat lamp. Chicken was bland and had NO flavor...absolutely NONE. I was sooo disappointed. Had to use a sauce just to have flavor. They were not busy and the staff were just standing around when I was standing at the counter and saw my order just sitting there.

I ordered online. The service was really polite and pick up was a breeze. The sides and fries were delicious but the tenders were not fresh. They were room temp which makes feel greasy due to some of the oil settling. Not enjoyable. Their wings were hot and delicious.

Ordered online to pick-up here on New Year's Eve. Dude at the window totally acted like he had no idea what the heck we were talking about. "Online order? Uh, no. Are you sure you have the right store?" After pulling up our online receit and confirming the address he still couldn't produce our order and guess what THEY WERE OUT OF CHICKEN. "We're out of anything but legs and wings, at the moment... sorry..." He told us. This is this location's second-strike for us. We came here 5 years ago to try the new Chkn sandwiches and they were all soggy. We used to come here ALL THE TIME. When I was in high school, playing football, we used to come here once a week after my Thursday practices. Now they're going to be lucky if we give them an opportunity at a third-strike. C'mon, Popeyes!

The food is always really good but I can’t NEVER GET EVERYTHING I ORDER. I’ve went the last 3 days in a row First day I ordered a 3 piece white they gave me a thigh and a wing came back they gave me a wing and a breast almost pulled off decide to check I still only had 2 pieces of chicken. They needed up giving to extra items. Next day I went I got there at 10am and didn’t pull off till 10:45 they had nothing I ordered ready and ended up leaving with miscellaneous items that I didn’t want specifically I ordered a mango tea they gave me strawberry tea . I went today and they forgot my apple pies . I live only 5 mins away but it’s annoying to drive back. But shame on me for trusting they’ll give me my order right. But I’ll be back because I like the food.

I ordered online for ‘now’. When I get there, I was told by a worker that it’ll be ready in 10 minutes. I later asked for a refund and was told rudely by a Jose to look on my phone and rudely walked away. Never ever will I return to this location. Garbage!

Geez! I called like 3 time to report a wrong order, and they didn't answered the phone. I ordered a 3pc meal with a breast, leg and thigh. They gave me a wing instead of breast🙄. Seriously! .Normally it's all good. But the fact they can't answer the phone, really got my upset.
