Worst service ever! Told us to pull up and they will bring it to our car - we wait 18 min and know something is wrong. We go in and they tell us they already gave the order away over and over again, THEN MAKE NEW FOOD! Did not try to help us whatsoever!!!!!

Came here for the first time today. To start, we stood there for a good 10 minutes while the employees stood in the back. The drinks were watered down and tasted horrible. Also, the restaurant was not very clean. The food was ok but i’d definitely recommend going to canes across the street.

I shop this location often; but service is getting bad. I ordered a 6 piece Ghost Pepper wings. I get home they are just as cold as can be . They must have been sitting over 30 minutes or more. I paid $6.48 for some old wings. Called the door to report it, they not processing calls, please call back later. You can get anything right for the high cost of the food. I am done with fast food.

Ordered a fish sandwich through drive-thru with extra pickles, get home and all it is is a fish Patty with bread no sauces or anything else. I live in walking distance and this is the first time that I have been there and the service is horrible long lines and employees just goofing around.A 1 item simple drive-thru order was not met. Ridiculous!

Employees are literally standing around in the kitchen with hands in their pockets and don’t even start making your online order until after you arrive. Absolute laziness rules this place try a different location for your patience and sanity.

Several time I have gone to this store at or around 9pm -10pm and they do not take any orders closing this early is unacceptable also if I order on Uber eats or other apps they make the driver wait serval minutes before telling ignoring the driver or telling them an excuse not to give them the order. Like “we lost the order” make it make sense!

So I would give negative stars if possible. I got to this Popeyes at 10:29 PM. It shows the hours of operation for the drive-through were 11 PM. I pulled up to the drive-through and the speaker wasn’t working. There was a nice note on there that said pull to the window when I pulled up to the window I could see two gentlemen inside cleaning, so I sat and waited for a few minutes, giving them the opportunity to turn around and see me, after four or five minutes one finally turned and made eye contact with me and shook his head. No, I proceeded to put my arms up as if to tell them I didn’t understand what he was telling me no for . Immediately he went back to cleaning and ignoring me for a few more minutes before I honked to get his attention. He finally came over to the window, very annoyed and opened it and said sorry we’re closed. I asked why they were closed considering it was 30 minutes early and he said just because, so then I proceeded to ask him what the store number was for this location. He began speaking to me in Spanish. I apologized and said I do not speak Spanish, he looked at me and rolled his eyes and gave me the store number in Spanish several more times .This is got to be one of the absolute worst customer of service experiences I have ever dealt with
