I think it's rude of the employees to talk Spanish w/ their lobby full of English speaking customers. I wasn't the only one that felt some kind of way. One customer left because an employee came out the restroom w/o washing his & went right to the kitchen.Parking: Not enough

I am currently sitting at the clinic with food poisoning I've been sick since I ate here Wednesday I got the shrimp and chicken the rest of my family got chicken they feel fine so what happened to my shrimp huh the staff was very rude and the younger guy running the register kept laughing at us for no reason they didn't close for another 30 mins yet we still couldn't eat inside I will definitely not come back your employees need an attitude check cause I'm a very nice person

This has got to be the WORST Popeye's I have EVER been to. Ordered online 1 hour before for pickup at the drive thru. Got there and sat at drive thru for 3 minutes waiting for someone to say something on the speaker... so I finally drove up to the window and food wasn't ready. When I said something about it not being ready the manager said I had just ordered it when I in fact had ordered it an hour before. Horrible customer service! Would not even admit they were wrong and acted like I was out of line for even saying something. WILL NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN. The sandwich was so greasy, oil was covering the chicken had to throw it out.

Very slow service, all Hispanic crew so talk slow, they were very friendly and smiling and just sharing so much laughter, with each other. While the line increased.

So sad to have to write this but Popeye's Wheatland..come on Beloved.. that spicy chicken and honey bbq wings I ordered on 1/9/24 at 2:30ish pm. was AWFUL. The service was fast and I should have known better. I know it takes a minute and I don't ever have an issue with the wait since good tings come to those who wait . Yes I said "tings" and my mouth was set for it. Why the chicken taste like it was fried in 6 day old GREASE..?? Why I end up throwing AWAY my spicy breast because after eating the drum and lil baby wing I could not even imagine all the grease in my throat from a daggone .. anyway. Same for the Honey BBQ wings. not good at all; I love Popeyes but will probably drive all the way to Cedar Hill store where I know they change the grease.. well I hope..they..change...it

So out of the 3 tenders i ordered,one would not break easily and when i checked inside it was still raw and one was raw in the middle. My sweet and spicy wings were fried too hard,barely no meat and sauce barely poured on top. Just an overall pour experience with fast food.
Today 12/19/23 was my last day eating at this location. I have been coming here since a little kid and today I just can’t believe what they gave me. I ordered a 4 pc combo with spicy chicken and the chicken wasn’t even fully cooked, it had a lot of slimy white pieces on the inside and wasn’t even hot. The meal ran me $21 and I’m mad I wasted my money… so instead of going back to confront, I’ve come to the conclusion that I’m no longer attending this location! I see now why the lines aren’t as long as they use to be because they’ve seriously dropped the ball.

The worst thing, they didn't have drinks in the machine, they put the bread in the oven, and the worst thing is that it arrived and came out last, they are racist and the manager realized it and as if nothing had happened, I will never buy there first and last again.
