They turn the open sign off early and still serve cold food and then act as if it’s a problem that you want hot food. For them to have $15 combos, they could at least have better service and serve HOT

Ordered to go and realized that they forgot to add bacon and cheese to my ghost pepper sandwich when I got to work, very disappointed. Thumbs down 👎 please check your order before leaving at this location the workers will forget to make your food right.

I got the 3 pc spicy chicken tenders and was not able to finish a single piece. One of the pieces felt like I was chewing rubber which pretty much ruined my appetite for the rest. I tried a second piece, but it was mostly the outer coating and fat with hardly any meat. The outer coating felt dry and stale with very little seasoning. It was also supposed to come with a sauce on the side, but I didn't get that either.
I ended up throwing away the rest of the chicken cause my gut feeling was telling me to not eat it.
It's pretty disappointing because I used to love Popeyes and would prefer their chicken sandwich over others, but the issue of quality has made me avoid Popeyes throughout the years. Not just this particular location, but others too.

Old, dry, chicken. Cooked in burnt and/or old grease. The texture felt like the chicken was refried. I pulled the skin off the thigh. There should be an option to give no stars.

Nieces got an Acheivment award for free kids meals. The awards list this restaurant as a Sun Holdings franchise and the awards say that they're good at this location. Got to the drive through and they wouldn't accept them...

We wanted to dine in the doors were locked, they had no customers at all it was 9:30pm, seems lazy people work at this location. Very unprofessional and rude, went to drive thru asking why are doors locked the girl was mocking me and making fun of me. Never coming here again, that’s not how you treat customers

I usually order from Church Chicken, but this time decide to order from this location due to the online offer. The term said minimum purchase of $10 and has to be online. Ordering online and that offer is not added on the ticket. When i pick up at the store, the employee dont want to honor the order, even it is $30+ and fullfil the requirement. I will just visit Church Chicken as i normally would next time and would not visit this Popeyes again. Fraud promo and no helpful solutions from both onside employee or HQ.
EDIT: HQ did email me , and i reply to them. all their answers is looks like replied by bot, because they keep telling the same thing, about how to use the coupon etc. I will no longer response to their email because it is just wasting time and effort to talk to a bot. i would just spent my business on another chicken store from now on. This is by far not a good customer interaction in my opinion.

Nothing worse than being rushed when your coming through the drive thru. Before I could even finish my order or ask a question in regards, the lady was cutting me short. Nobody else was in the line, so that let me know in addition to her tone, she really didn’t want to be bothered. At the window she didn’t seem very friendly either, and obviously there were no napkins or condiments offered or in the bag. Sucks cause I hadn’t had Popeyes in awhile and was looking forward to it. Food of course wasn’t bad, but when rushed something is always forgotten. Anyhow.
