I ordered a 20 piece wing for 29.97 my chicken was old and not fresh I called and the guy that took my order claiming to be a manager was supposed to replace my order said he had my name written down I called and ester the manager said no Caucasian man worked there I also didn't have a receipt but had the transaction on my bank statement that I tried to show her she didn't even check for my name just kept arguing I had to say three times mam you didn't even ask my name 5min into the conversation yea I like popeyes but this location is lazy and don't care food quality is horrible customer service horrible and obviously management
