If I had to choose one word to describe this place and my experience it would be…..TRASH. We placed a mobile order in the app for pickup. I arrived and the food wasn’t ready. I think no worries it shouldn’t be too long. 25-30 minutes later is when everything is done. Our chicken and sides were ready but we were only waiting for an apple pie. Why does it take 25-30 minutes for y’all to make an apple pie? That’s ridiculous. Never again will we visit. This experience just reminds me how poor customer service Popeyes provides. It’s unfortunate because we enjoy their food.

Every experience I have is horrible. Not only is the staff rude they cant get your order right. When I asked for the shore manager info or corporate the manager at the time was very rude Danea and that is not her first time. Sad I have to travel far away from home to get decent food and customers service

Hello.. My 1st time giving a negative review. My 1st time ordering from this Popeyes. Drive thru. A little after 12noon, Saturday 11/02/2024. I'm very disappointed. I haven't had Popeyes Chicken in over a year. So I had a taste for some. And I was in a shared ride, transportation. I spent close to $40. I tried calling several times, no answer.Very disappointed, Cold food, all of it, not warm, or hot. Taste not so good, and didn't look so good either, the chicken and red beans with rice taste old. I feel nauseous.Part of my order was missing. They weren't crowded, only one vehicle in line, us. Answer the phone please, thanks. Today,I'm unable to recommend any of the food, because of my experience with the food. Try to do better please, thanks. I know y'all can.

They never answer the phone. Also lately I cannot order mac on the app but in store when I order drive thru there is mac?? Why is it unavailable online suddenly? And why is it so hard for someone to answer the phone as well! Last time my order was wrong I couldn't get anyone of the phone I had to wait to get off work just to go back after 5 hours just to get the issue fixed
