I usually refrain from writing bad reviews but this was just crazy..ordered the 12pc the chicken was undercooked and pink, was a piece of fried frier gunk in my fries. Cashier gave us two sauce packets.. for 12 pieces of chicken. Wish I could add photos but I cant figure out how.

Garbage I ordered non spicy chicken in the drive thru got home an all of my chicken was spicy and the sauce was only on the bottom of the chicken smh so I didn't get to eat . Makes no sense they got it wrong when there was literally knowone there in the entire restaurant smh. Will not be going back recommend finding a different Popeyes the location is trash

I went through the drive thru and ordered a 4 piece mixed with a side of red beans and rice. It was after 9:00 pm last Friday (2/17/2024). When I got home they did give me the 4 pieces and the red beans and rice, but, it was not spicy. I was hungry so I ate as much as I desired. I could taste the old grease used to cook this chicken. The next morning I felt nauseated at the stomach. All day I laid in bed not feeling well. The next day was worst. I was throwing up and had a bad case of diarrhea. Never will I go here again. If you want food poisoning, help yourself. I feel much better today but still have soreness in my stomach from throwing up so. Do better Popeyes.

I just had to leave a review for Mrs.Marila. I hope I spelled her name right Hispanic lady. Here customer service is Awesome & greatly appreciate her waiting on me. I experienced 2 bad customer service at other places today. To come get me a meal & cashier was wonderful made my day.
