Drive-through staff are super nice. I get exactly what I ordered. Food came out hot and just right. Overall, this is the best Popeyes drive through I've been through.

First off I like my Mac in cheese a little bit burnt , this lady under neath me tripping , tha Mac in cheese perfect and look good do not change how you cook it and 9 times out 10 she probably ate it last probably wasent even cold , yall cook the Mac in cheese just like advertised, and it’s perfect , some people just got bad taste probably white to , if you want uncook Mac in cheese soup she should take her azz esle were you only mf complaining about the Mac cheese ?

Untrained cashiers, I went through the drive-through. I was not asked for any kind of upgrade. I was not provided with any condiments neither asked, and there was no napkins. Nothing in the bag.

Students from Dallas ISD received an incentive for high achievement. When I went to redeem the coupon the man at the window stated that his manager said they could only take those if I buy a combo. It says that NOWHERE on the coupon. It is irresponsible for DISD and Popeyes to reward children with a caveat since the entire district is low socio-economic. I am an Assistant Principal of a low socio-economic campus and never give out coupons without all the details. This location uses student achievement and partnership with DISD (who may or may not know) to make a profit and not truly partner with the community. When I asked to speak to the manager the rude young man claimed he was the manager, a definite lie, and told me to contact some support line to access the regional manager. I will do far more than that and alert Dallas ISD to the Shenanigans that they are playing with our children. The food was terrible btw and the students were supposed to get a 12 piece and they gave them half of that.

Never again will come here i walked over here to get something to eat since my mom and i were at the Bingo nearby .. The doors to the lobby were closed but a guy walked up with his whole family and was like it's closed and i'm like but it's people in there and he then he unlocked the door and i was like so is it open or closed cause you just unlocked the door and walking in with your whole family ( about people) he rudely said the lobby is closed we don't have employees for the lobby sir i just want to order my food what you want me erica do walk through the through he shrugged his shoulders and was like oh well and walked in and locked the door .. that's the craziest mess i ever heard before in my life ... and i stood at the stood at the drive through 10 minutes before the took my order and then the lobby magically opened and he back there fixing food for his whole family

Make sure to check your order at this location. Waited 20 minutes in line just to get home and open something completely off from what I ordered ??? plus they had no spicy Mayo sauce.

If youre looking for a sign NOT to go here.. HERE IT IS!At this point they should just close this location down or fire everyone and get new employees. My family and I have came to this location so many times and I promise that not even one of those times have we left with good food or good service.1.They always forget something in our meals.2. The food is dry/cold3. Service is always terrible! I mean they always have an attitude like idk how they tolerate having ppl like this work there. Or somehow we have to repeat our order 10 times bcz the person at the drive thru barely understands english and even after explaining 10 times they still get our order wrong.4. Theyre always out of something. Out of fountain drinks, out of sauce, out of chicken, out of wings, out of desserts or something. I understand that they run out and all but every single time its ridiculous.I hate writing bad reviews like this but after so many chances I cant do it with this place no more. Ill take the drive to any other location even if its far than to go back there.
Last night I went 20 mins before closing, was told they were all out of everything & wasn't cooking anything, so I went to Jack in the box. Passing by last night I saw a man walk up to the drive thru window & got 2 boxes of chicken..lol...It's always something with this Popeyes....I rather drive across town to the one that gives good customer service no matter who it is....The days of giving ppl/businesses/companies my money & they disrespect me is over!!!!!!

Used to eat at Popeyes on the regular but they closed and rebuilt. When it reopened the food was terrible, I've given it a couple of chances but the chicken always seems like it's been in the warmer for hours, very dry. Shame, used to love them but no more. Service sucks as well

From bad to worse. Completely got an order wrong even if it was done through the app. The large fries were half way filled up and management was the worst of all. We did not receive all the items we paid for and all the manager did was disconnect the phone lines knowing she wasn’t going to do anything to fix any errors on their behalf after having us spend more than 45 minutes for some cold food.
