I was looking forward to a late night snack , My order had two sides of large beans and rice. The beans and rice were my favorite until tonight .I got home and the moment I pulled off the lid it smelled spoiled and sour. Tried to call but the Popeyes was closed . I'm for sure going to call corporate on this matter .You do not sell food that has gone bad. And that smell was very convincing.

Rude service and seemsto me Popeyes enterprise doesn't care because nobody from support has reached out to me regarding this women. Im not sure but I think her name is Maria. Their Uber service is absolutely bad they make your food and take long then uber cancels your order , your card still gets charged i drove up to them and asked they said they never got my order in the system but yet my uber delivery driver was waiting for the orderDont uber order they love to steal money they done it to me twice

Don’t come to this location! Matter of fact I'm done with Popeyes period! I will never spend a dime on Popeyes chicken. The so-called manager said her name was Maria and was so rude and unprofessional. Never in my life have I seen such unprofessional staff, especially this manager! I drove up to the mic and I let them know I was picking up an online order. Well, the manager quickly said that has been picked up. Then I tried to explain that was not me and her response was well we don’t have your order anymore! I then drove up to the window and the manager simply said your order was picked up and I don’t know what you want me to do! I then asked her so what are you going to do to help me. She then said nothing and proceeded to shut the window. I then parked my car and walked into the restaurant where she said I don’t know what you want and I am not making you another order. I ask so what is your policy to confirm when a mobile order is picked up? She said we look at their phone to see if the order number matches the system. I then said ok, we’ll here’s my order can you give me my food! She still denied me any help and the whole process was just so dramatic and stressful and uncalled for. If this is how the manager handled situations, I can just imagine that the other stuff is worse! Not once did this Maria manager talk to me nicely or did she once try to help me. I don’t understand what I did wrong since I was not the one who gave my order to the wrong person! I got so tired that I just left because I was getting no help. Popeyes corporate office needs to look into this specific location. There are too many complaints about the rudeness and no customer service at this location. I believe this one manager is the one responsible for these complaints. I also proceeded to contact the corporate office but of course, no one responded to my emails. I will never purchase Popeyes chicken in my life after this incident! I have included a picture of the manager so that you can be aware of who it is.

I asked for some chicken wings more than an hour prior, they ran out. Choose the tenders, for the side I asked for macaroni and cheese, they were out so I got mashed potatoes with extra gravy. Barely any gravy, poor customer service. I then asked for hot sauce and was only given 3 packets for 5 piece tenders.
