Takes to long to get food. You'd be better off going to Walmart and cooking chicken yourself.

Ordered chicken for $15, it was nothing but crust. This place is utter garbage

This time the chicken was well cooked but the service is very bad, especially the cashier. I asked him to eat there and he gave me takeout when I told him I wanted to eat there, he just brought the bag to the table and that's it, he didn't give me a tray or anything, most of the tables were also dirty. They must improve a lot in customer service

Great serving staff. Small mixup in the drive thru. Ordered a large wind combo and was charged and served for regular.

Fixed the problem and didn't change me for the mistake. This is the right way to treat customers. This is how it used to be, nowadays good service is hard to find.

Wings were amazing, fresh biscuits and hot & fresh chicken.

When I'm in the area I'm stopping by again.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Because we couldn't even order our food. Sat in the drive thru for 30 min. Each car sat by the menu for 10 min. I literally fell asleep.

Customer service was terrible the lady that served my chicken gave me a horrible attitude just becuase I asked politely if she can seperate my spicy from the orginal chicken , I was never rude to her as she was to me ! On top of that my chicken was cold and one piece was undercooked !

Asked for a spicy chicken sandwich, got a regular. He asked what condiments i wanted. I said just ketchup, I received nothing. For lunch time hour this is uncalled for. Have to be better man.

Two large orders of french fries were received, however, they appeared to be cooked in old grease. Furthermore, the pricing structure seems excessive, as $17 was charged for the two large fries and a few sauces.

I've been trying to call them for the past hour and the phone just rings. I can't even tell someone about my order being wrong because no one will pick up the phone. What kind of business does an answer their phone? An unprofessional, lazy, and just terrible business, that's who.

Ordered chicken sandwhich and mac and cheese. Really shorted me on the sides. And the chicken breast on the sandwhich was alot smaller than what I remember. I also asked for hot sauce and they gave me one packet.
